A collaboration between Prairie and Bob Sylvester from Saint Somewhere Brewing in Tarpon Springs, Florida.
Prairie Somewhere is a blend of a golden farmhouse ale and a sour ale. Citrus fruit is used in the kettle to add intense orange and lime notes.

On tap @ Beer Geek Summer, Wroclaw. Aromas of sourness and fruits. Sourness is quite high, although aroma is not very complex. Rather average sour ale. Very drinkable.

My Bottom Line:
Dusty funk and tropical fruit acidity converge in this successful Wild Ale.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam covers the misty blond.
-Acidity is higher than expected.
-Carbonation is rather high, which suits the fruitiness well.
-Drinkability is also, especially if you are into wild stuff.

Pours hazy gold with white head. Aromas are really aromatic white grape and citrus, especially lime, like sniffing an overly fruity Riesling. Got quite a bit of tang, again similar to a white wine, like a chardonnay but less dry. I understand it’s supposed to be a blend of a sour and a saison, but I think some of the saison’s delicate flavors are overpowered by the sour ale. Still tastes good though. I guess you could argue the opposite, that the saison tones down the sourness level to something easier to drink.
