A collaboration between Prairie and Bob Sylvester from Saint Somewhere Brewing in Tarpon Springs, Florida.
Prairie Somewhere is a blend of a golden farmhouse ale and a sour ale. Citrus fruit is used in the kettle to add intense orange and lime notes.

A brownish copper color, half finger white head. Smells of orange zest, lime, lemon, farmhouse, sour, perm. Taste is initially a lime fruit sour that transitions into a spicy farmhouse with more citrus then ends with a malty lime flavor. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle is a gusher, so watch yourself. Pours murky orange, big white head that slowly fades. Aroma is sour, musty, funky horseblanket, wet hay, smells so good. Taste is not as sour as expected, must and horseblanket, all over barnyard funk, a bit fruity, slight sour finish, very refreshing brew that I would definitely buy again.

A really nice sour saison. Funk is light and the finish is dry. Has sour apple aroma but the fruitiness is citrusy. Golden and crisp.

Bottle. Poured clear copper color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Medium to heavy complex citrus and sour yeast aroma. Medium to abundant body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy sweet & sour flavor with a medium to heavy sour & sweet finish of moderate to long duration.

Poured a hazy golden orange with two fingers of off white head that dissipated rather quickly and left little lacing. Foam crept slowly from the top of the bottle after opening. Aroma is slightly sour and wheaty with citrus and lime zest notes. The slight sour comes through in the taste with surprisingly a bit of sweetness also. A grainy wheat flavor emerges along with a doughy funk from the yeast, citrus, lime zest and a mild citrus rind flavor and bitterness which lingers into the aftertaste. Also finishes with some sourness. Medium bodied with a moderately high, prickly carbonation. Another nice beer from Prairie with well integrated and balanced flavors that is also pretty easy to drink.

16.9 fl oz bottle purchased at MDL Wine & Spirits in Overland Park, Kansas. The pour is a clear golden with a well formed ½ inch white head. The aroma is lemon citrus and soft funk yeast. Clean nose. The taste is bright lemon citrus right away, a grain malt wheat, the bright tart funk towards the back. I get additional fruit flavors as it warms, nectarine is probably the closest flavor. As with the nose, flavor is clean. The palate is medium bodied, natural carbonation and the tart clean finish. Super easy drinking clean beer, nice one.

Mild lime, dust, and funk. Flavor is tart, fruity, lots of fruit and citrus notes. Medium bodied, average carbonation. Finishes tart. Nice.
