From Derek at a tasting. Orange color. Lots of citrus, yeast, and a little sweet. Heavily carbonated, and an earthy flavor that stays on the palate for awhile.

Pours amber with a large khaki head. Fruity nose, and good mix of farmhouse funk and a traditional sour. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: SEP 6, 2015 Bottle from a roadtrip somewhere around FL. Pours a bubbly gold-copper color with a khaki head that dissolves. Tart citrus aroma with a hint of apricot that gets fruitier as it warms. Great flavor that has a tart sourness but also some saison earthiness. Really good.

another very good Prairie beer that is pedestrian for them. Perhaps a touch overpriced. I like the lightly funky citrus notes throughout, it’s just a touch simpler than my favorite beers from them. Obviously, I can’t complain too much given my score, but that’s below their average.

(500ml bottle from biere-revolution.com) Gusher. Pours hazy orange with basically no head remaining after all the carb and a good 3rd of the bottle blew all over the table and floor. Aroma tart and moderately sour with notes of lime, grapefruit, unripe peach, kiwi, light grain, some brett funk with a sulphur tone. Flavour is big citrus: lime, grapefruit, some tart orange. Also a bit of pit fruit. Acidity quite light compared to nose, a little lactic maybe? Lightly grainy malt. A bit grassy in the middle/finish, a little yeasty funk too. Finish pretty dry and with a bit of citric acidity. Citrus peel bitterness as well, quite light though. Light-medium body, ended up nearly flat. More citrus than farmhouse with that sort of acidity, but funk kept it in balance. Annoyed that I lost so much of the not-inexpensive bottle on the table and floor, but a good beer nonetheless.
