Hazy yellow pour with a white head. Some lemon, mangos, earth and yeast. More tart than sour, but very good.

750 ml bottle shared. This one opened with a bang, but thankfully it wasn’t a gusher. Poured a lighter copper with a white head of foam. The aroma is fairly vinegar forward with some fruity acidity coming through. Tastes sweet for the most part, but finishes dry and tart.

Bottle split @ CBC Clerkenwell. Thanks to Aaron from BA for the generous pour. The pour’s hazy gold with a small head. The nose is vibrant summery fruits. Peaches, pineapple, oranges. Sea grass. The taste is acerbic lemony citrus hops. Green grass. Mild yeasty tang. Really pleasant, buoyant mouthfeel. Light carb. Overall, excellent. Great bottle artwork too!

750 ml. bottle. Pours a cloudy pale gold with a small white head. Just barely touched the cork and off it went flying! No gushing though. Aroma of yeast, citrus, florals, and spice. Taste is lemon, grapefruit, funk, florals, and spice. A bit dry. Tasty.

Bottle thanks to Matt. Opens with a "you’ll shoot your eye out" cork, but no gushing. Pours cloudy gold with white head. Nose and taste of wild yeast, sour lemon, white sugar and lemongrass. Lighter medium body. Simple but tasty.

Cloudy yellow pour, white head. Not overly sour, but damn nice. Funky, lemon, unripe stone fruit, tart mango hints, earthy and yeasty. Cool beer.

750ml served in a snifter A - Pours a cloudy golden orange with a small head that vanishes in an instant. No retention or lacing to speak of. S - Funky citrus, limes, sea salt, earthy brine, floral hops. T - Tart and salty upfront, lime citrus brine, some bright strawberry fruit, sharp pineapple, unripened kiwi, floral and spicy hops. Some ginger comes through, with thick pale malts in the background. There’s an earthiness there that plays well with snappy citrus. Finishes salty and tart with hints of pepper. M - Super low carbonation, medium body but lack of carbonation makes for a muddy and watery feel. Love the salty tartness and the limes really shine! If the carbonation was there this would be big time. I would sip on this all summer! Keep making this!(But with more carbonation) Serving type: bottle 03-24-2013

Bottle split at Craft Clerko, thanks to Aaron, 08/07/13. Hazed golden yellow with a thin off white covering. Nose is tarte lemon rind, burnt grass, soured citrus fruit, light balsams. Tate comprises lemon sherbet, touch of sugar, grass, farmy, light funk, tarte peach. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp and relatively clean in the finish for a sour. Decent stuff.

Craft Clerkenwell tasting. Thanks to Aaron. Hazy gold beer, little white head. Light crisp palate. Little dry. Light sherbetty sourness. Generic fruits, peach identifiable. Touch of orange peel and then candy sweets. Dry finish. Overall a bit dry but a very nice and very interesting medley of flavours.
