rondphoto (2182) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - NOV 6, 2014
bottle @ Wino’s Depot / Florence KY --- Hazy light amber with a thin rim head, no lace. Taste is lightly soured malt that grows slightly sweeter in the palate, and returns to sour in the palate. Taste is way on the Gose side of Saison, but it does work.

Butelka 50cl. OCZY : wlewając piwo bez osadu jest przejrzyste. Są również widoczne bąbelki. Kolor piwa jest jasny żółty, a nawet złocisty. Piana jest mała i szybko znika całkowicie. NOS : w zapachu wyczuwam nuty podobne do lambika : tarta, kwasek cytrynowy, zielone jabłko i drewno. Coś pomiędzy lambikiem a białym winem.

MrHangover (2656) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - OCT 24, 2014
Bottle, courtesy of kermis. Pours a hazy golden beer with small clumps of yeast in there and has a small bubbly white head on top. Aroma is light citric, acidic, barnyard funk, peppery. Flavor is medium sour, lots of grains and light oaky base as well. Medium dry mouthfeel, light carbonation. Decent aftertaste, medium sour again with a bitter to it. Decent enough, not very impressive.

UPDATED: OCT 22, 2014
Location: Bottle at Morrison’s, 10/21/14

Aroma: This one has a bretty aroma with some oak, a little lemon, and plenty of spice
Appearance: Pours a clear golden color with a thick white head and heavy/coating lace
Flavor: It has a nice brett and funky flavor, with some acidity, oak flavor, and a little bitterness
Palate: It is pretty easy drinking considering the ABV, lively carbonation, dry and funky finish
Overall Impression: I really enjoyed the heck out of this beer. One of the best new things I have tried recently. I mean this is really quite good. I’m rarely disappointed by Prairie.
