Un faux air de muscadet acide ( de jeunes raisins un peu verts ??? ) C’est très bien passé avec les huîtres de ce dimanche ... Plus sur le citron en se réchauffant. chouette comme souvent avec Prairie.

750 ml Bottle (I forget who traded me this) thanks! Consumed at cellar temperature. Hazy straw color with thin bubbles of head. Aroma of Yeast, barnyard funky hints, rustic grain and funky oak.

The brew has a pretty good malt balance that is overtaken by some mild sourness and barnyard notes. Very mild citrus through the center of the sip. The oak is noticeable in the finish and turns the texture dry. I wish I had opened this sooner as it has sat and I lost track of it. That being said, it’s still pretty enjoyable. Maybe the oak is starting to get a bit powerful. I sure it was milder months ago....
