Bottle, 11/26/2013. Pours golden straw color, thin white head settles to a few hazy wisps on the surface. Aroma is quite geuze/lambic like, which is awesome, straw malts with pronounced earthy barnyard character, pear and apple with mildly tart lemon background, touch of pineapple, with slight vanilla and oak in the finish. Taste is a bit cleaner, tropical brett notes, white fruit, lemon, soured malts, dry woody finish. Light body, drinks easy. Quite nice.

Havenít meet a saison I just didnít really like lately and this is not an exception. Lovely tart saison this one. Shared with Atlanta Beer Fantasty Football Crew. Hazed golden pour with nice head. Aroma is nice barnyard with some oak and a bit fruity. Taste is similar and with more of a lightly, lingering tartness. Just lovely.

Bottle. Cloudy light golden body. Bit, frothy white head, mostly lasting. Citrus dominates the aroma. Lemon, orange, pineapple. Notes of mustiness, oak, toasted grain. The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter and lightly to moderately acidic. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet, lightly bitter and moderately acidic. Medium body, watery/sticky texture, lively carbonation. Dry, tart finish. A funky lemonade with tastes lemon, orange, light barnyard, brett. Almost too much like lemonade.

Pour out of 750 mL bottle, hazy yellow pour with white head, aroma brought notes of big gueuzy nots, big tart lemon, hints of oak, slight lemon, nice barnyard, wow this i world class smelling. Too bad it doesnt smell like it tastes. Taste is a mix of nice lemon, biscuit, tart fruits into grass, hints of earth, slight yeasty notes, finishing bitter, dry, slightly oaky.

Bottle pours a hazy straw/yellow with a thin white head. Mellow oak and citrus in aroma with some funk. I really like the oak presence in the taste, mild citrus flavors, funk balanced nicely with not so overpowering Belgian yeast. Nice, very refreshing!

Straw colored, small white head. Sweet and citrusy, a bit of funk. Pretty nice beer but not their best.

Terrific bottle art for what that is worth. This one was had next to íMerica, and Iím slowly delving into this brewery. Appearance wise, a slightly darker, murky golden hue with a very modest white head in this glass. Retention is light with a touch of spotting here - the nose is tropicals, peaches, and grassy hops initial, moving to light spicing and this touch of funk found once again. The flavor profile lacks heft , dominated by the fruity notes present on the nose; fruit forward, both tropicals, pear juice, and peach, while moving to light grass and dust, light mineral, lemon grass, while fading fairly quickly, with perhaps an overly sweet feeling. This brew ultimately falls flat, but has a lot of positive elements going on. Itís definitely worth trying once,at least.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange with white head. Aroma is saison spices and is fairly strong. Lots of wheat, some tartness and fruity. Not a lot of woody flavor, unfortunately.
