Nice gold color. Nose is brett, light red wine fruit, light yeast spice. Very round, full developed brett, some tropical fruit, great wine tannins lend a bit of tartness. Very good.

Pours hazy bright yellow with a white head. Aroma has nice and wild brett notes, citrusy fruits, peach, lime, funky and with notes of dry wood. Also some mandarin and a nice tartness. Taste is quite tart and has nice notes of citrusy fruits, delicious funky brett, straw, lemon peel, lime, hops, oak and goose berries. Very nice saison indeed!

50 cl bottle @ PBF IX.
Pours murky lime-yellow color with a small head. Very citric crisp aroma, yeast, some herbal notes and faint wooden notes. Lemony flavor, spices, some hay and sourish apple also. Nice sourish palate but not quite a Saison. Good anyway.

lusikka (6069) - Tampere, FINLAND - JUN 28, 2014
500 ml bottle @ PBF IX. Pours a hazy pale yellow colour with a small head. Aroma is very lemony with some floral notes and white grapefruit. Flavour of strong chewy white grapefruit, floral notes, some sourdough and wooden. Very strong acidity. Medium bodied and a dry citrusy finish. Refreshing. Nice citrusy farmhouse ale but has nothing to with a Saison.

vyvvy (3904) - Florissant, Missouri, USA - JUN 27, 2014
Pours hazy yellow / orange with a white head. The aroma has lots of nectar fruit, some bugginess, vanilla, caramel malt, some oak and light tartness - nice balance. It is medium/light bodied that starts off crisp then turns smooth and has lots of soft carbonation. The flavor begins with lots of nectar fruits, mild sourness, wild yeast, spice and dry malt. The finish has light oak graininess added. Really enjoyable.

Vestergaard (269) - Aarhus C, DENMARK - JUN 26, 2014
Bottle. Pours unclear yellow with a small white head. Aroma is very citrusy, funky, dry, fruity - almost like raspberry. Taste has lots of brett, citrus peel, grape fruit, white wine/champagne, stable, elderflower. Alcohol is so well hidden, and the brett is really delicious! Medium high carb. Really nice!
