3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours hazy yellow / orange with a white head. The aroma has lots of nectar fruit, some bugginess, vanilla, caramel malt, some oak and light tartness - nice balance. It is medium/light bodied that starts off crisp then turns smooth and has lots of soft carbonation. The flavor begins with lots of nectar fruits, mild sourness, wild yeast, spice and dry malt. The finish has light oak graininess added. Really enjoyable.

Bottle. Pours unclear yellow with a small white head. Aroma is very citrusy, funky, dry, fruity - almost like raspberry. Taste has lots of brett, citrus peel, grape fruit, white wine/champagne, stable, elderflower. Alcohol is so well hidden, and the brett is really delicious! Medium high carb. Really nice!

Bottle, fresh. Pours light hazy straw with a night soft white head. Aroma is lemon, dry earth and grain, bit of funk, floral aromatics, really nice. Flavor follows with great balance of citrus tart and rustic grain and fruit sweetness with oak and vanilla weaving their way in. Feel is lively, astringent, watery, tannic. Excellent beer. Couldn’t ask for much more summer than this.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
A softly hazed sunny pale lemon body with a one inch mostly smooth head falling to a solid ring, thin perforated sheet, and two smooth arcing peninsulas of lace
Well integrated tart fruity earthy characteristics, rye spice, citric acid, hay, building pineapple with accents of peach, white grape, flowers, and earth, all on a creamy smooth medium light body with restrained carbonation, red apple becomes an additional layer in the finish as the creaminess balances and blends the acidic textures, pleasantly orchestrated
