Ferris!! Punchy funked citrus, lightly bitter, wet fresh wood, I don’t know as there’s lots I don’t get. Terrible review! Eat it.

16.9 oz bottle poured into a Spiegelau tulip. Clear straw yellow with almost two fingers of off-white head. Aromas of tropical fruit, oak, Brett, citrus. Tastes of barnyard funk, tropical fruit, citrus, oak, Brett, lemon/lime. Medium body with a dry finish. Light syrupy mouthfeel, medium-low carbonation. Pretty nice saison and another great beer label from Prairie.

Straw yellow color slightly hazy minimal white head. Smells of peach, apricot, citrus, vanilla, corn, a slight sour, some funk. A bubbly spicy barnyard flavor with some vanilla like sweetness and a small dash of sour on the back end. Some wheat, corn like flavors, and a slight hop bitter. Good flavors, enjoyable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured from a bottle purchased from Crown Liquors Indy a hazy cloudy lemon color with a white head that left soon. Aroma is funk with lemon citrus. WOW! Flavor is barnyard sweet citrus. Some spicy fruit. Some hop. Got the Brett as well. Dry bitter finish says this was a work of art. An exceptional farmhouse ale.

Pours a very light pale orange color with a bunch of yellow hues. Thin white head. Smells of lemon in the aroma. I taste lemon, grass, slight hops and some grapefruit.

My Bottom Line:
Prominent brettanomyces colours this fruity, tropical brew, even pineapple touches to the citrusy tartness and crisp haystacks.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam covers the cloudy yellow.
-Mouthfeel is dry and prickly.
-The fruitiness is compelling from aroma to finish.
-Drinkability is really high.

Bottle.
