4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 19/20
Bottle from craftshack.com. Pours a dusty yellow color with minimal head. Aromas of funk, mildly sour fruits. Taste is bretty, lightly sour, yet crisp and sweaty. Really amazing. Finishes slightly tart but with A refreshing sweetness and a slight nuttiness. Blown away.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours a hazy orange with a bubbly white head. Aroma of sour cherries and lots of bretty barnyard funk. Some barrel character and tropical fruit notes. Flavor of Brett, horse blanket, citrus, tropical fruits, oak all with a crisp/dry finish.

sample at HF Saison fest, mindblowing stuff here, the oak barrels added a fantastic level of complexity with a floral dough like flavors, really liked this one a lot!

bottle shared by tom10101 and hoppypocket, thanks bros. pours cloudy pale yellow with a small but persistent white head, soem lacing. tropical and mint notes, whtie grapes, fatty chardonnay, dusty and a bit cheesy, farmhouse wheat and yeast, few spices. moderate carbonation - could be brighter, light body - oily, lightly acidic and tropical-citrusy finish. excellent stuff again from prairie!

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle from Jimmy. I’m going through this 12 bottle shipper like a maniac! Pours a hazy light golden with a nice white head. Aroma is lemon peel and nice amounts of funk for a saison. Taste is again lemon and citrus forward with with a very dry white wine finish. The grape and pear come through. Great saison.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
750mL bottle, sent from Glouglouburp (thanks a lot, Dany), pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out awesome farmhouse notes, along with considerable oak presence and some tannins - very fragrant. Flavour brings out big oak barrel presence, with quite a bit of tannin presence, and the usual Prairie farmhouse quality underlying the whole thing. Extremely well-crafted saison here. While the oak barrels are prominent, it doesn’t at all take away from the spirit of the beer. Another excellent farmhouse ale by Prairie.

A: Has a real funky nose.
A: Cloudy golden color.
T: Sour Farmhouse with citrus taking a front seat and some other fruit flavors as well.
P: Finishes dry and clean.
O: Great beer. The Okie is still my favorite though.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Sampled at FoFA. I seem to be in the minority for really liking this beer. Its very very funky with odd flavors of pineapple, basement, light gym socks, yogurt tartness, and a lot of oak... like a shit load of oak. Crazy, weird, complex, but i like it.
