Pale golden, clear liquid, with a slight head. A smooth light sour with a refreshing slightly sterile aroma, and soft long finish.

Poured from a bottle purchased from Crown Liquors Indy a hazy cloudy lemon color with a white head that left soon. Aroma is funk with lemon citrus. WOW! Flavor is barnyard sweet citrus. Some spicy fruit. Some hop. Got the Brett as well. Dry bitter finish says this was a work of art. An exceptional farmhouse ale.

Bottle from craftshack.com. Pours a dusty yellow color with minimal head. Aromas of funk, mildly sour fruits. Taste is bretty, lightly sour, yet crisp and sweaty. Really amazing. Finishes slightly tart but with A refreshing sweetness and a slight nuttiness. Blown away.

Bottle. Hazy golden poi with limited white head. Super in your face tart fruit, Brett, lacto, wine and oak aromas. Flavor has oak, wine and funkiness with a slim flavor profile of saison leftover, very funky, I like it.

sample at HF Saison fest, mindblowing stuff here, the oak barrels added a fantastic level of complexity with a floral dough like flavors, really liked this one a lot!

jredmond (5673) - Manhattan, New York, USA - MAR 26, 2014
Bottle shared with Slander at Torst. Pours a deep murky, hazed golden body with thick white lacing. Aroma is tart lemon funk and light mineral character. Nose is absolutely awesome. Mouthfeel is medium with nice lively carbonation on the palate and notes of lemon, funk, light farmhouse character, sourdough, tart citrus fruits and Nelson dankness. Incredible saison - hill farmstead caliber.

Bottle from Jimmy. I’m going through this 12 bottle shipper like a maniac! Pours a hazy light golden with a nice white head. Aroma is lemon peel and nice amounts of funk for a saison. Taste is again lemon and citrus forward with with a very dry white wine finish. The grape and pear come through. Great saison.
