Thanks to Phil for sharing. Cloudy golden pour with a white head. Lemon, white grape, and apricot on the nose. Notes of pineapple, some vanilla, chives, and oak. Decently funky. Really nice fruit character to the flavor. Tons of grape, pineapple, lemon, and apricot. Notes of grass, oak, and earthy funk. Pretty citrusy on the tongue, too. Quite nice.

Bottle. Poured cloudy yellow, minimal white head. Aroma of yeast, fruit and some wood hints. Taste is a bit sour, citrus fruit, maybe some wine notes and some yeast notes. Crisp, refreshing and very drinkable.

Funky aroma, notes of lemon zest, spices. Great fruit notes on the tongue, a bit acidic and dry. Awesome saison

Aroma is fruit/oak barrel, brett and malts. The flavor is fruit, vinous/liquor notes, brett, malts and a sour/mildly sweet finish.

Rated from notes taken on 1 Jun 2014 -- Poured from a Belgian style bail and wired bottle. A cloudy yellow pour with a very sour smelling nose. Surprisingly this beer isn’t sour at all by a nice smooth Saison with a little oak and acid showing through.

Pour is heavily hazed deep yellow with a tight yellow head. Nose is heavy barnyard Saison yeast, a hint of minerals, light ester behind. Taste is a little bit sweeter, still a fair bit of barnyard Saison yeast, lemon and some candied sugar, faint touch of vanilla. Finish is moderately carbonated, a hint syrupy, a bit sugary.

Belgian yeast, sour fruit, wood, and booze in the aroma. Flavor is bitter and fruity, with a lightly sour finish. To me this is more like a sour ale than a saison, but it’s still very good.

09.07.2014, 0,5l bottle @ home:
Nice slightly fizzy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly fresh, hay, oak, citrus, dried fruits, flowers, soda powder, grass, citrus peel, peach. Taste is slightly dry and fresh, hay, oak, yeast, citrus peel, soda powder, citrus, grass, dried tropical fruits, butterscotch, flowers. Medium bitterness, slightly fizzy mouthfeel. Nice, but it also feels a little "flat" in so many ways...

Bottle from Proof. Dull, hazy gold pour with a bubbly white head. Super funky aroma, oaky wood, lactic acid, apricot, peaches and citrus. Lots if citrus and tartness in the front, apricot, peaches fading into oak, yeast funk, and a mild sweetness on the back. Smooth carbonation and medium body. Doesn't hit in the palate as much as it does in the aroma.
