Bottle... Pours hazy and golden with a small, short-lived, white head. The aroma is constructed with fuzzy stone fruits, light spiciness and earthy, floral hops. Medium-bodied with soft carbonation. The flavor is juicy, fruity and moderately acidic; accompanied by a hint of phenolic spiciness. Finishes lightly tart and watery with a tangy aftertaste. Bottle courtesy of biggsbowler!

jkwood04 (4175) - Connecticut, USA - OCT 5, 2014
500ml bottle in a tulip. Pours hazy golden with a lacy, white head. Aroma of light tartness and funk, some light fruits with citrusy notes, some pale malts, and hints of bitterness. Flavor the same with a nice tartness and light fruit note. Average texture. This really exceeded expectations since I havenít cared much for the last few Prairie beers Iíve had.

Quite nice. Fruit esters with a wheat touch. Milky yellow color with a large foamy white head. Light, crisp and dry palate. Nice finish. Slight citrus tartness up front that mellows to a sharp finish with a nice hops bitterness. Complex and well-blended.

Bottle thanks to Jason for sharing. Cloudy yellow-orange pour with a huge foamy head that fades normally to a film. Aroma are musty white grapes, lemon, light barnyard, and pears. Tastes moderately sour with a light tartness in the finish. Mostly lemon, pears, and some barnyard. Pretty easy to drink too. Nice sour.

Bottle. Aroma is sour with some funk in the malt. Appearance is a hazy golden with loads of carbonation. Taste is sour almost pear with a hint towards champagne. Palate is mild for a sour. Overall, a pretty decent sour. Would have liked a little more sweetness, but hey, I would grab another bottle of I could. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Taste is dry fruity yeast, champagne, dusty attic, lacto, yogurt, grain. Finish is dry fluffy tart lemon, citrus, yeast spice. Tastes like "Prairie Ale" with lacto. Good.

Rated from notes taken on 1 Jun 2014 -- With this beers description it was a little underwhelming. However it is still a pretty good brew. A novice Sour-drinkerís entry into the world of Sourís perhaps.

Mostly clear, slightly clouded light amber and copper coloured body with a very thin, single centimetre tall just off-white head. Aroma of sour grapes, yeast, malt and a huge note of gueuze - a great smell indeed, from America itself and especially from Oklahoma! Light-bodied; Sharp taste of sour grapes and yeast at first with a little residual lactic flavours and a hint of unfinished malt coupled with some bitterness and alcohol that doesnít go easy. Aftertaste is quite bitter from metal, yeast, but especially the grain and pungent unsoured notes. Overall, the sour portion goes down very easily and smells great, but unfortunately the malty portions are a thorn in the side of this beer and donít go easy, plus leave the palate bitter and funky. I love Oklahoma and I wish I could get behind this beer on íhypeí alone, but it has many flaws. Itís fine to sample, but donít spend a lot of money on this - there are much better - defined options for this style than this one. I sampled this 50 cL tall bottle purchased from Whip-In in Austin, Texas on 05-May-2014 for US$9.99 sampled at home in Washington on 11-July-2014 in celebration of quitting my job!
