Crisp and refreshing with a lingering sour-Brett finish. Straw colored, but slightly cloudy. Flavors of lemon, sour green grapes, light hops, and green apple.

Clear golden with a creamy white head and effervescent carbonatation. Funky, phenollic, hay, lemony aroma. Sour, peppery, lemon and phenollic flavor with a nice bitter, dry hoppy aftertaste. Medium light to light mouthfeel, refreshing and complex.

From notes. Bottle shared thanks to Matt! Pours a hazy golden yellow with thin white lacy cap that sticks lightly. Aroma is farmhouse funk and slight grass and hay notes. Taste follows with a slight bitter quality before the funk. Interesting and pretty darn good.

Pours a hazy yellow color with a large beady white head that dissipates quickly. Notes of pineapple, yarn, corn, white vinegar, and grass. Sour mouthfeel. Lingering finish.

Pretty good balance, very drinkable, one of the best Prairie I have had. Not too sour and not too farmhouse. Ageing a bit I think helped. Thanks Beeranger.

Bottled. Pours cloudy yellow with a big soapy head. Lemon, pepper, and barnyard essence in the aroma. More lemon in the flavor, pleasing sourness, earthy and dry bretty finish.

Appearance: beer is a very cloudy yellow to gold color, pours with a small off white head that dissipates very fast Aroma: sour, tart, faint barnyard funk, Taste: barnyard wildness, sourness is definitely there but not overpowering, tart, lemon is present, Palate: highly carbonated, leaves a funky aftertaste, leaves mouth dry Overall: I really like this, sour and tart and funky, I think the funk comes thru more than the sour, which I don’t mind, it’s a beer with many great subtle flavors ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Hops and Pie. Pour is hazy yellow-orange with a frothy white head and decent lacing. Big citrusy, lemon peel, topical fruity, grassy, doughy, bretty, light lacto, and straw in the aroma. Taste is big citrus, lemon zest, biscuit, orange peel, lacto, straw, and sour fruit with a lightly tart finish. Light body with medium carbonation. Easy drinking sour - nice stuff for sure.
