Prairie Spectrum is a golden farmhouse ale conditioned on hibiscus tea. Its dark red color is a result of the hibiscus, which also adds herbal and tropical fruit flavors to this tart beer.

Bottle shared with Paul. Pour a pinkish orange body with soft white lacing. Mouthfeel is tart with notes of sour grapefruit, lots of soap, rubber and a super gross burnt flavor glossing over the tongue. Starts out decent, but ends brutal.

Bottle. Bright red, cloudy, neat pastel, lacy. Funky nose with grapefruit, minerals, hibiscus. Sour pickle flavor, herbal, hibiscus, grapefruit. Good, but the herbal hibiscus takes away rather than adds.
