4.7 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
Pour is whitish yellow no visibility, with tons of foamy head and beading. Farmy yeast with spices, champagne, and floral hops. Dry with some spices, nice mild bitterness which increases with time. Somewhere between a saison and a tripel for me. It looks like and smells like a wonderful saison, but has hoppy spiciness like a fine tripel. Radical beer!
