COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Prairie Standard is our everyday beer. Its a light, crisp saison with a hoppy finish. This beer is dry hopped 1lb per bbl with Motueka hops. A lovely New Zealand hop with a spicy lime like flavor and aroma.

On tap at Mr. Goodbar in Buffalo, NY. I wasn’t sure what style this was, but it was a light American saison. Fairly sweet but a little bit of straw, grassy. Not bad.

From bottle, large off white head, large bubbles, recedes quickly. Nose is cloves banana, some funk, hints of pine hops, pepper. Light body, slightly sweet, biscuit, hint of lemon, well carbonated. Nice clean finish with a hint of hops. Great beer.

Cloudy blond with white head thats fades fast, citrus and herbs on the nose. Same in taste with a fresh finish. all in all a beer that i would drink again.

So, did I get a beer from ol oaky? Only the shadow knows. Cloudy pale beer from a bottle with a thick rocky head that fades fast. Yes, perhaps a slight wild feel about it but never develops. Has pretty good co2. Can’t smell, nose is stuffed. Probably not as good as the 3$ would make me think. It is however, quite unique.

Bottle from Antioch. Pale yellow pour with a white head. Aroma has sweet light fruits, some yeast, and lemon peel. Taste is sweet fruity, citrusy with some tang. Light to medium bodied, and smooth. Finishes very fruity and light and clean. Would be a nice summer brew. 13.4

Bottle from Joanne -- I’m thrilled to try this.

Hazy light yellow pour, attractive white head. Nose is lime and a bit of dust and mellow esters. Relaxed, easy-going flavor, again that lime character, hops present but not overdone. Aggressive carbonation makes it less quaffable than it might otherwise be. Very nice beer. It seems one can find it in four-packs; I need to figure out where.

Pours a cloudy yellow gold with nice, light head. Aroma is bananas, peanuts, slight citrus notes. Very light flavors, with a slick sourness that makes this very drinkable. Not much bitterness from the hops, mostly fruity, citrusy aromas.

Draft pour at the hop and hound. Pours a light cloudy yellow color with a lot of head and lace. Lemon fruity aroma. Flavor is well hopped, with high carb and a more spicy finish. Lemon and lime flavor with a cooler finish. Very nicely done.

Hazy golden with a fuzzy white head. Lovely aria is citrus zest, candied sugar, coriander, Belgian yeast. Medium bodied. Flavor is a little more malt driven than the aroma. Still has nice spice and fruity notes. I wish t was as zesty as the aroma. A very nice saison.

Draught at Au Trappiste, Bern
Beginning of the keg, murky light blond color. Smells and tastes like a common American attempt at Saison, plastic aroma, muddy, maybe a bit more spicy than other samples.
But it’s still an unclassy beer.
