Bottle. Pours a hazy golden yellow color and topped by a thick pillowy head of off white foam that slowly settles to a thin film leaving splotches of lace behind. The aroma shows notes of citrus fruit, lemon zest, spicy hops, and some farmhouse funk from the yeast. The flavor follows with lemon citrus, spicy pepper, wheat grains, and grass. The hops add nice bitterness on the back end while the yeast lends a dry, farmhouse character as well. Medium bodied with balanced carbonation leading to a lengthy, spicy finish. This is a solid, easy drinking saison.

(bottle - 12 oz) Cloudy gold pour with a puffy white head. Sweet fruity aroma with a nice backbone of dry and slightly funky yeast. Citrus and sweetness at the beginning of the flavor with a dry and bubbly middle and a lightly tart and grassy finish.

Tørre i smagen. En smule syrlig, en del humle i smagen, har ikke styr på hvilke noter, men en lille smule træagtig i det.

Keg (Craft, Islington)
Pleasant grainy saison aroma, a touch wheaty. Nice hazy yellow. A bit watery and keggyfizzy body. Pleasant, and quite mellow, balanced spiciness - the classic saison yeast fingerprint.
