Prairie Standard is our everyday beer. Its a light, crisp saison with a hoppy finish. This beer is dry hopped 1lb per bbl with Motueka hops. A lovely New Zealand hop with a spicy lime like flavor and aroma.

On tap at Bangers in Austin with commonshawn. Visually an attractive golden orange beer with a frothy, healthy amount of head. Gives off the impression of a very fresh offering. Aroma feels typical of a saison...spice, citrus, and a bready quality. This one is very easy to drink. The coriander and refreshing fruit flavors come through. Taste is pretty clean...minor lingering oily nature. I don’t think they’ve come up with something super original but I’m really enjoying the effort. First beer from Oklahoma!

Bottle - Pours hazy golden with a foamy white head. Nose is lightly yeasty with crackery malt, pineapple, and pear. Lots of the same fruit in the taste, with more grassy astringency and a long light bread and yeast finish. Slick and oily with a medium body and mellow carbonation.

Bottle from Mitsuya’s. Poured into a Duvel tulip. Pours a hazy light golden color with a thin head that dissipates quickly. Aromas of banana, wheat, coriander and a hint of yuzu. Lively carbonation with a medium body. Slightly thick texture. As it comes to room temperature more of the citrus comes out lime, lemon and iyokan. Slightly dry finish that is peppery more than bitter. Easy drinking and would be great on a hot summer day.

Bottled. Pours clear light honey color. Aroma is light citrus, clove, slight banana, coriander, wheat. Flavor is citrus, orange peel, lemon, light hops. Not bad. I sort of expected a hoppier version than the Birra, but it’s not particularly hoppy.

4-pack of 12 oz. bottles. Appearance: finger white head, cloudy, golden-straw color, Aroma: light caramel, citrus (orange and lemon), very amazing aroma! Palate: light body, average carbonation, thin and sparkling texture, finish is light alcohol thinness and slightly dry. Taste: sweet wheat with fruity yeast with citrus hops coming through in a big way sweet-wise, but also in a bit of hops bitterness. Very good beer! new favorite for american farmhouse!

This was poured into a tulip. The appearance was a nice looking hazy golden yellow to orange color with a big foamy and bubbly head that dissipated and to a semi - bubbly lacing. Light stringy lacing glazed along the sides of the glass. The smell started off with a mostly lemony edge leading to a slight sweet fresh grassiness. The taste copied the smell and carried into the aftertaste, nice and sweet, glossing into the finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body. Sessionable, yes, definitely! Carbonation seemed fairly smooth. Overall, yeah, I liked it more for me but honestly, for a saison, the lemon overpowered a lot. Still, I’d have this again.

I could drink this as an every day beer. Cloudy gold. Light lemon, citrus, funk, yeast spice. Super light and sessionable. Delicious.

On tap at Caps and Caps. Light pour with a white head. Aroma is citrus, a little funk, and yeast. Taste is similar. Nice finish. Never got the lime, but still very good.

Bottle. It pours an inviting light honey gold with a soapy head of foam that vanishes quickly. The nose brings to mind a hoppy belgian ale and as this is a hoppy saison that should come as no surprise. The nose gives off sharp lemon, belgian funk, a touch of catpiss, spice & grapefruit zest. The taste is bitter melon rind, citrus zest, rough belgian funk but finishes with a candy sweetness that evokes sweet tarts. Solid. More complex than Birra but I liked that one better.

On tap at Mr. Goodbar in Buffalo, NY. I wasn’t sure what style this was, but it was a light American saison. Fairly sweet but a little bit of straw, grassy. Not bad.
