4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Keg at Craft. Very nice smell, bit peppery. Taste has much more pepper and then vanilla ice cream! Bit of fruit cocktail in there too lingering at the back. Really interesting mix. Very nice.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Keg. Hazy pale yellow with a medium sized diminishing white head. Flowers, fruit stack, light barnyard, lemon, dusty. Light body, watery texture, light/medium sweet and bitter with some very light sourness. Thin and no too interesting, but I guess it could work as a table beer kind of thing.

3.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bought from Miorge-Mihoublon, Arlon, Belgium, 12 Fl. Oz. Bottle.
Pours a very delicate straw colour. Very clear beer, with a nourrished carbonation which creates a nice head.
The aroma is quite interesting. There is a mixture of fruity citrus with important notes of barley.
This beer is very refreshing ! Citrus, lemon zest and fruity aromas are present which end up at an nice finish, not too long, but not too light on a sweetish citrusy taste.
Overall, this beer is quite an interesting idea. A farmhouse ale, made for summer days. It is actually mid winter right now, be I have a piece of summer beer in my hands !

4.8 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Cloudy, very light straw. Huge lime hop flavor, balanced by a delicate sweetness that yields a flavor strikingly similar to key lime pie. Further confirms Prairie’s world class status for me.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle at home. Pours very hazy light greenish yellow and a sudsy head. Nose is citrus and yeast. Tastes very yeasty, of lime, peach, hint of honey dew, hay, some funk. Dry palate. Certainly something quenching after farm work.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Appearance: cloudy lemon yellow, with a huge, thick, creamy bright white head that shrank slowly but left a cap about three millimeters thick. Aroma: bright citrus, with a surprising key lime note, some lightly toasted barley, and a nice hit of soft funk. Taste: slightly sharp on the first sip, from the lime and orange rind citrus; this quickly melds into a firm, crackery malt middle supplemented by honey and white grapes, which is in turn followed by a strong, earthy barnyard funk that was almost a little salty. Finish: the citrus lasts a while, becoming slightly tart and slightly sweet and a bit peppery, with that funky-salty-malty note holding on just shy of that; palate is zingy and feels very fresh. Notes: I’m not going to say it was the best American saison I’ve ever had, but it was certainly near the top. Gratified to see, after drinking this, that the style of hops are known for lime characteristics. Almost second guessed myself. Bottle from Knightly Spirits in Orlando, Florida.
