Prairie Standard is our everyday beer. Its a light, crisp saison with a hoppy finish. This beer is dry hopped 1lb per bbl with Motueka hops. A lovely New Zealand hop with a spicy lime like flavor and aroma.

12oz bottle with a unique label. Pours with a only slightly hazy gold hued body with a medium sized white head that lasts. Huge tropical fruit and bristly hop aroma, candied kumquats and tangerines, lots of esters, pear, mild peppery phenol and some underlying rustic funk. Canned pineapple. Flavors are dry and very hop forward. Light funk, mild grain, fresh hop character of melon, grass and mango. Tangerine. Pretty tasty. Low bready grain. Lively bubbles, dry finish.

Bottle. Pours a clear dark golden color with a thick white head. Nose has some floral notes to it with a few spices, and yet implies a moderately sour taste. The taste, though, isn’t very sour - just slightly sour and very light with some grassy elements in there.

Nose = barnyard funk + hops + lemon Pledge. Weird. High carbonation detracts from the experience. Light and airy; yeast at the forefront. An interesting brew to say the least.

On tap at The Trappist. Pours golden with a nice white head and a floral honey-like aroma. There is a flowery pale malt flavor with a dry rather bitter finish. Refreshing and tasty.

Beautiful aromas and flavors of tangerine, honey, clove, florals and fresh bread. Mmmm.. Nice mouthfeel, with soft, velvety carbonation and mild bitterness. Delicious! Hops and yeast nuances are well balanced, neither being overly aggressive or dominate. Pleasant finish of citrus, florals and dough. Solid. --- tasted while on a long journey to understand the world around me...

boy i’m getting tired of all of my music. can only listen to the same old bbmak album so many times before you just want to up and end it all. i’m talkin’ fucken chucking the goddam laptop out the fucken window. i seriously need a couple new decent toons. just takes so much effort given all the bs one has to sort through. i guess i could go try to find some sort of ratemusic.com site. then i gotta go through the trouble of finding some other dickhead with the same musical tastes. i believe that cath fellow was on one, so i’ll finally end up following in his footsteps afterall. but i digress... Pours a clear golden hue with a medium sized quickly fading offwhite head. initial aroma is earthy rustic dough, old wet grass. the doughy rustic floral, leafy honey reminds me of hill farmstead anna for some reason. taste is more piney, lemoned dough. touch of pine air freshener. nice body. dry enough and refreshing. pretty solid all around. interesting. excited to try more from this brewery.
