Prairie Standard is our everyday beer. Its a light, crisp saison with a hoppy finish. This beer is dry hopped 1lb per bbl with Motueka hops. A lovely New Zealand hop with a spicy lime like flavor and aroma.

12 ounce bottle. Screw top??? WTF! Anyway… this has a nice light golden color with a white head that quickly disappears. The aroma is very grassy with barnyard hay and light notes of leather competing with spicy hops and dried apricots. The flavor is wonderfully dry yet fruity with notes of tropical fruit and lime. A great showcase of the Motueka. Grassy and lightly floral with some tea like yeast notes. Effervescent and very drinkable. I would LOVE for this to be my every day beer.

Dark golden pour with small white head nose is fruity yeast notes (peaches) and citrusy hops. Medium bodied a little sticky, bitter sweet front With a peppery spiceness in the middle and a slighty more bitter finish. A little too sticky/sweet for my liking but not cloying and very well crafted.

s/o to DrSilverworm for the share. Golden yellow, white little head recedes quickly. Hmmm... Pineapple in the nose. Bretty. Tastes like it smells. Not as hoppy as "hoppy farmhouse ale" would seem to suggest. Light and fizzy. finishes kinda slick and unctuous. Not bad at all. That finish feels kinda whack, though. Pours hazy at the end. Juicy and fruity.

Bottle at the Croydonia Tasting - East Croydon. Thanks to Bruce! Pours clear gold with a light, white foam head. Nose of pee, brett, grapefruit and melon. Light sweet flavor with semi-dry tangerine, melon, mild brett funk, sweet oranges. Light bodied with average, moderately lively carbonation. Light juicy citrus finish with more grapefruit and melon. Very nice.

Love the cool comic label. Pours a light yellow color. Lovely Belgian funk going on. Barnyard for sure. Coats the mouth. Nice little fizz at the front of the tongue which fades into a bit of vanilla for me. Simple and classy.

On tap at Mikkeller Bar (yes, the second hour-long drive in as many days... Forgot my credit card, but makes a great excuse to come back). Much better pick on day 2! This beer is incredible. The smoothest saison I've ever had with tropical New Zealand hop notes and a very consistent palate. Very drinkable, yet complex. Excellent beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pours a golden color with white head. Grassy, earthy hop flavors balanced with hay maltiness. Earthy, straw, spicy, toast flavors. Pretty tasty.

Draft. Golden pour, slightly cloudy, with a white head. Lots of melon aroma and flavor, straw, earthy hops, light bitterness, mildly sweet malt, and dry grain. Pretty tasty, and easily drinkable.
