COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Prairie Standard is our everyday beer. Its a light, crisp saison with a hoppy finish. This beer is dry hopped 1lb per bbl with Motueka hops. A lovely New Zealand hop with a spicy lime like flavor and aroma.

My first Oklahoma rate. Pours into tulip flasss cloudy yellow with a big fluffy head. Aroma is big hops--bordering on IPA--followed by big floral notes and some funky sweetness. Smells really really good! Sharp bitter up front that develops into a very floral flavor. Definite hints of yeast funk here finishing with bits of lemon peel, pineapple, banana, and mango. A little spice lingers. Crisp and refreshing on the palate with high carbonation. Serious summertime session beer here. What an excellent brew!

Bottle. Light funky yeast, spicy pepper/coriander, slightly woody, sweet tropical fruity malt aroma. Slightly hazed honey gold with a large dense off-white head. Sweet tropical fruity malt, light funky yeast, woody and spicy hops flavor. Donít really get lime, but itís still good. Medium body, soft carbonation.

Pour out of 12 oz bottle, nice hazy orange pour with thin white head, aroma brought big spice, peppery phenols, big juicy tropical fruits with kiwi, peach, passionfruit, nice orange peel as well, pretty nice. Taste is more on the peppery side, some phenolic pepper of the black cracked type, some nice peach, orange peel notes but not quite the aroma, some nice earth, biscuit and bready notes balance, finishing balanced and peppery. Tasty, canít wait to try the rest!

Bottle from Ransom Garb A. Ge. Pours gold with a slight white head and loose lacing. Aroma is tart, funky, and fruity. Taste is the same with a nice crisp, bitter hop bite. Very refreshing. A bit on the sweet side.

Pours slightly hazed, amber-gold with a short, thick, white head. Aroma is strikingly sweet yeast, lime, pineapple. Taste is Sprite-like, lime, yeast, herbal hops... Peppery. Clean, bright and tingly. Excellent.

A yeast aroma that start this beer off just right. A cloudy straw yellow color. Big full flavor start to a drawn out experience of malts and yeasts and hops. Perfect refreshed palate begging for the next sip. A new favorite canít wait to experience the rest of the offerings.

Bottle @ home, picked up at Mile High Denver. Pours a hazy yellow golden appearance with a foamy, white head. Looks quite nice. White wine, grape, guava, lime fruity, zesty herbal aroma. Fairly dry, spicy lime, tangy lemon, a bit grainy, dry malty flavor with some vinous and pepper notes. Pretty easy to drink.

Pours a hazy golden color with a white head. Citrus, tart, yeast, and pine. The hops really come through. One of my favorite Saisons which is not a style that I normally enjoy. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz bottle - pours a cloudy deep gold with white head. Nose is citrus, yeast with black pepper. Flavor adds citrus peel, perhaps lemon or lime. Lightly sweet, tart and hoppy on the backend. Refreshing and interesting. Thank you Oklahoma.
