COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Prairie Standard is our everyday beer. Its a light, crisp saison with a hoppy finish. This beer is dry hopped 1lb per bbl with Motueka hops. A lovely New Zealand hop with a spicy lime like flavor and aroma.

Pours a hazy yellow color with three fingers of white cottony head with good lacing. Aroma refreshing with lime zest, cracker malt, some white pepper and some grassiness. Taste is also refreshing with lime zest followed by earth and hay flavors and a peppery spiciness. All this combines and is supported by the malt to give a saltine cracker taste mid palate along with a citrus rind bitterness in finish. Mouthfeel is crisp and medium bodied with effervescent carbonation. Finishes dry with slight bitter and pepperiness. Very nice Saison that is light enough to be very drinkable but has a deceptive depth of character that builds as you drink. Wish this were available in my area because I would love to make it a regular drinker.

Top notch. Pours clear golden with some head and minimal clumpy lacing. Nose is spicy and some lemon. Initial spicy notes then Some light fruit, and some dough and the finish has some lime and some more peppery spice. Tastes are light sweet, light grassy bitterness and a peppery slickness all in good balance. Light ish body with lively carbonation.

This is Prairies everyday beer?! Well I could easily drink these everyday. Very light unique and complex citrusy farmhouse ale with tons of flavor for 5.2%.

Bottle. Guys at Beltramos hadn’t seen this in the store before. While drinking it it wasn’t overtly amazing but whenever I’d take a longer pause, have some water, etc., and go back to it, it would startle me with howich hops there was for a saison. Really a special session brew.

From a bottle pored clear light golden effervescent with a white head the aroma is of citrus and melon and tastes of melon and overtones of citrus with a bit of bitterness that resonates on the palate.

From a 12 oz bottle shared at home. Pours an effervescent clear pale gold with a thick white head. Aroma of lemon and flavors of melon and some bread. Light crisp finish. Very tasty.

This beer is superior, a sweetness like honey with a rustic spiciness, I really like it
