Prairie Standard is our everyday beer. Its a light, crisp saison with a hoppy finish. This beer is dry hopped 1lb per bbl with Motueka hops. A lovely New Zealand hop with a spicy lime like flavor and aroma.

Nem parece uma cerveja standart. Aromática e bem carbonatada. Refrescante com um leve azedo no final. Diferenciada.

Pours a opaque thin yellow with a lasting foamy white head. Aromas of citrus, straw, and yeast. Flavors of brett, lime led citrus, yeast, and rice ceareal. High carbonation and dry palate. Great table beer, pairs well with food.

Tasted at 13,4°C. Light yellow, cloudy body, headed by a magnificent fluffy and lasting foam. Aroma of apple, grass, dough, apricot, pineapple, lemon, a hint of honey. Moderate sourness (obvious as the tasting temperature is still quite low), medium bitterness, dry but balanced by malt; a bit soapy; meidum body, a bit desappointing; finish rather long with remaining pineapple.

Bottle. A- Subtle lemon, spices. A- Yellow color, slightly hazy liquid, white head. T- Cloves, coriander, spices, yeasty, subtle lime. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, spiced finish. O- For a hoppy farmhouse it is actually quite mild. Not much bitterness but a ton of spice. Everything from cloves to coriander to black pepper to sage. Maybe a little too heavy. For a "standard" beer, it’s quite good, but didn’t love it.

Pours a light hazy golden glow with a fluffy white head. Funk, lemon zest, hay on the nose. Taste is citrus, lime, bitterness, and wheat. Bubbly on the palate, tartness and slight acidic. Overall, a pretty good beer. Would recommend to others.

Bottle from Vinmonopolet Aker Brygge, Oslo. Pours a slightly hazy golden body with a medium white head. Nose is yeast, white pepper, wet grass, citric peel and hints of herbs, white sugar and cinnamon. Taste is lime, grass, white sugar, red berries and hints of pepper and apricot. Light body, medium carbonation, semi-dry finish. Pleasant, fruity and well-rounded saison, definitely both drinkable and interesting enough to have more than one.

Nose with a lot of yeast but also fruity. Cloudy but still looking quite good. Fruity and almost wheat taste with some fresh citric hops on the palate.

This ale poured a very light yellow colour with a bright white champagne head. Scents include sour dough, corn and hops. First swig was a little thin and quite carbonated with flavours of lemon citrus and grass. Finish was quite tart with the citrus hop flavour lingering...
