Bottle. Hop Hideout, Sheffield. Cloudy, straw colour. Thin, bubbly, sticky, white head. Bread. Yeast. Lemon rind. Soft, fruity hop. Lovely, damp straw thing going on. Some honey. Slightly toasty. Lovely aroma. Taste is soft sweet. Light, fusty dry. Hint of zesty, lemon tart, bitterness last off. Zesty, fresh palate. Lively carbonation to match. Finishes dry, and very light bitter. Could drink this all day.

Bottle from The bottle Shop, Bermondsey. Pours a pale straw yellow, slight hazy/cloudy, thin fluffy delicate white head, which stays thin and meringue like throughout. Nose is funky Brett, straw, pale grain malt, very fragrant, lemon, slight creamy wheat, little bit of meringue, slight toffee, slight camembert rind. Taste is tangy saison, funky Brett, lemon citrous and acidic, cheese rind, meringue and slight toffee, fragrant. It’s delicate. Very Belgian in style although not as rich. This is pale and delicate and fragrant.
