COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Prairie Standard is our everyday beer. Its a light, crisp saison with a hoppy finish. This beer is dry hopped 1lb per bbl with Motueka hops. A lovely New Zealand hop with a spicy lime like flavor and aroma.

Pour is whitish yellow no visibility, with tons of foamy head and beading. Farmy yeast with spices, champagne, and floral hops. Dry with some spices, nice mild bitterness which increases with time. Somewhere between a saison and a tripel for me. It looks like and smells like a wonderful saison, but has hoppy spiciness like a fine tripel. Radical beer!

Bottle mail order from Beer Gonzo. Pours a pale orange colour with a small and short lasting white head. Aroma of hop, zest, yeast and light spice. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, very light sourness. Light body, texture a bit watery/oily, average carbonation. Finish is sweet with a touch of lingering citrus sourness.

Bottle shared by Cuso. Very very nice balance of exotic fruity hoppiness and subtle yet complex spicy yeast profile. Easy drinking, lacking the sharp edge which saisons often have. Excellent.

12oz bottle into a Corsendonk glass on 20th May 2016 on my daughters patio. Hazy light golden body, the head a white affair. Yeasty and citrusy with a palate that was fairly tart, really liked this one. Refreshing and an ideal sunny afternoon beer.

Pours a slightly hazy gold into a snifter. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Sweet citrus and caramel aromas. Dry with citrus and biscuit upfront turning to hay and mild bitter earth in the lasting finish.

I didnít care much for this. Has some tingle and zestiness but also too much pale Lager favors for me. Just not that good.

A: Hazy straw yellow, lively bubbly white head. S: lemon, wheat, hard to identify spices. T: nice wheat and saison notes, trace of tartness and citrus. Clean dry finish. A refreshing saison with just a bit more hops than usual. Very good as is usual from Praire.

Very lemony on the nose with lovely Belgian yeast an breast notes. Effervescent, light and crisp with a lingering sweetness. Itís dry though honestly. Itís a great session beer without any real hip bitterness.
