Bottle into hotel cup during work assignment, hazy ambers-golden color with off-white head. Aroma of citrus/floral hops, some funk, slight spice and malt sweetness. Taste adds notes of lemon/lime, pepper, yeast and herbal. Light-medium body, moderate-light carbonation, crisp with some sour/citrus bitter finish. Quite a complex tasty light saison.

"Solid brew. Takes a few to open up but does so nicely. As advertised, a light slightly hoppy funky farmhouse ale. Flavorful but sessionable brew. Ill buy again..."

16-oz. Thanks, S! Pours a hazy medium amber with a dense and creamy tan head. Big sweet lemony nose. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Lightly toasted caramel, lemon, hay, and grass on the mid palate. Long crisp dry finish. Refreshing and delicious.

Thanks to crajun for the trade! Pours hazy medium yellow under a Frothy, mostly white head. The aroma has flowery hops, some spice and yeast. The flavor is lightly sweet, flowery, somewhat complex for a lighter style beer. Some nice dryness in the finish.

Bottle. Cloudy light golden body. Huge pillowy white head. Aroma of lacquer, basement, earthy grains, lemon, citrus. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Dry finish. The brett dominates the flavor leaving the impression of a rather shallow beer. Yet, it’s dry, carbonated, refreshing. A light acidity in the finish. Solid.
