2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draught at Au Trappiste, Bern
Beginning of the keg, murky light blond color. Smells and tastes like a common American attempt at Saison, plastic aroma, muddy, maybe a bit more spicy than other samples.
But it’s still an unclassy beer.

Somewhere between a saison and a Belgian Wit bier. Reasonably hoppy and tastes fresh. Bit over carbonated. Very drinkable. Quite simple but it does it all well.
