COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Prairie Standard is our everyday beer. Its a light, crisp saison with a hoppy finish. This beer is dry hopped 1lb per bbl with Motueka hops. A lovely New Zealand hop with a spicy lime like flavor and aroma.

For something called a hoppy farmhouse ale, it's not very hoppy. Alright beer, pretty bland in my opinion. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draught. Sweet raisin and floral Nose. Cloudy yellow, no head. Bright lemon and floral and a bit of a similar finish to a Belgium Abbey beer. Mellow and sweet. A bit of pine? Thin carbonated mouth feel. Biscuit malt at finish as well. Good on a hot day.

Countbeer (5957) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - JUN 23, 2016
Bottle: Served in a shaker: Large white head. Hazy yellow colored body. Nose of dusty citrus/lemon, yeast, flowers, hints of vanilla, cheesecake, floral, light herbal. Nice lemon citrussy groove. Flavour is soft and gentle, lemon/citrussy tint with cactus, some crispy floral tones, bisquitty lemon, some soft bitter, hint of bitter lemon, light malty/corn, herbal... Aftertaste citrus/lemon, light bitter, floral, some flowers and light malty/corn ish... Low carbo, light watery mouthfeel, medium bodied. Nice stuff which comes in too small bottles.

Bottle from Drygate. Hazy golden body with a thick off-white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of dried apricot, sour apple and white bread. Flavour of salt, lemon, bready malt and a hint of plastic. Thin to medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Light fizz. Doesn’t come close to the brilliance of Prairie Hop.

12 oz. bottle. Pours hazy straw yellow gold with a full fluffy white head that rests to a solid film and mild lacing. Aroma has plenty of farmhouse, citrus lemon, and dry hops. Taste follows with dry hops of citrus lemon, grass, farms mild funk. Palate is thin yet oily and good carbonation. Solid Saison!

Pour is whitish yellow no visibility, with tons of foamy head and beading. Farmy yeast with spices, champagne, and floral hops. Dry with some spices, nice mild bitterness which increases with time. Somewhere between a saison and a tripel for me. It looks like and smells like a wonderful saison, but has hoppy spiciness like a fine tripel. Radical beer!

Bottle mail order from Beer Gonzo. Pours a pale orange colour with a small and short lasting white head. Aroma of hop, zest, yeast and light spice. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, very light sourness. Light body, texture a bit watery/oily, average carbonation. Finish is sweet with a touch of lingering citrus sourness.
