12 oz bottle courtesy of secret santa. Thanks. Pours a hazy gold color with a small white head that has fair retention. The aroma was musty with belgian yeasts, melons and soap. The flavor, like the aroma, features musty melons saison yeast, soap and bread. The palate is light and the carbonation is lively. The finish is long and dry. Overall: Decent saison, very tasty.

Cloudy orangey yellow, with a big frothy white head. Smells like fresh bread, with some subtle cherry, fruity notes. Very crisp, quaffable palate. Some toasty flavors, some fruity flavors, some hay or grassy notes. Dry, woody finish. Would get again.

Cloudy orange/amber color with a white head. Aroma is orange with some yeast spiciness. Refreshing citrus, light dry fruity maltiness and a yeasty finish. Really nice saison.

12oz bottle. Hazy golden color with one finger white head. Lemon, lime pepper aroma. Lime, floral, dry. Not bad.

Bottle pour into pint glass. Aroma of bread and fruit. Appearance is golden, cloudy. Head is frothy. Taste has a light sweetness, lightly bitter, lightly sour. Palate has a thin feel, soft carbonation. Finish is slightly astringent and rather abrupt. The name is appropriate, this is a model farmhouse ale.

En ganska tunn saison. Inte så sur som många andra i klassen. Mycket kolsyra och gulgrumlig färg.

Corny sweet, yeastiness not that prominent, piney hops. Light bitterness, mid-sweet, anonymous, bland.

A 5.6% American Saison. Pale light and very hazy. Huge head which leave residues on the glass. Smells, hm, not much. I was expecting lots of hops. Somewhat sour, and does not really taste like a saison, but it does taste like a bad attempt at one. Not as much exotic fruit as expected. Dry finish.

355ml bottle. Hazy yellow with tall dense white head. Aroma of lactose, lime, melon, lemon and slight pepper. Taste is rather weak but offers sweet lime, lactose and some weak but typical saison yeast farmhouse notes. Mouthfeel is light and somewhat soapy and carbonation is low. I would’ve expected more from this. Later addition: while it wasn’t very exciting on its own it really went well with my stir fry. The food brought out more hop flavors and bitterness as well as the dryness expected from the style, +.2 or so to total with food

355ml Bottle - Hazy golden with a foamy white head. Lime, peach, lemon and spice in the aroma. Tangy, hoppy, soapy and slightly spicy taste with lemon, peach, yoghurt and some earthy notes.
