COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Prairie Standard is our everyday beer. Its a light, crisp saison with a hoppy finish. This beer is dry hopped 1lb per bbl with Motueka hops. A lovely New Zealand hop with a spicy lime like flavor and aroma.

Bottle. Hazy bright yellow with a soapy head. The aroma is mainly grass and hay. The taste adds a lot of lime. Very drinkable and light. Pretty good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Hazy straw with a thin white head. Aroma is grass, citrus and yeast. Taste is very floral, almost like hand soap. Lime really comes through. Thin mouthfeel and light carb. Super drinkable. Not bad.

Bottle. Pour is very pale yellow with a small white head - not so impressive. Aroma is lightly earty, funky, and hoppy with a touch of bubblegum. Flavor is true to nose with light funk and bubblegum dominating. Also a light hop bite and a touch of hay. Not all that exciting. Birra is four dollars cheaper per 4 pack and I like it twice as much. Not sure Iíll ever buy this again given the cost/ flavor ratio. Love this brewery but not in love with this beer.

This beer is a good bit juicier and closer to the American/Fantome tart saison style than the rustic style that Birra aims for. Lime zest, clean drinking saison. Very good stuff.

Hazy light golden with a thin white cap. Big aroma with Pilsner grains and fresh leafy hops and a lovely Belgian doughy yeast and a wee touch of fruitiness. Lovely flavor thatís Pilsner and wheat forward with some fruitiness, a touch of tropical juicy flesh, and fresh picked floral and grapefruit hoppiness. Nice body with s full and rounded slightly tropical flavor. Lots of wheat on the finish.

Pours a light hazy yellow, white fizzy head strong retention. Aroma is grain, lemon/lime, grass hop, hay, yeast. Flavor is wheat, light grass hop, yeast, lemon. Light body, zesty beer. Solid.

P: An odd yellow, a bit neon with a one finger head. S: Strong on the hops, loaded with pineapples, pine, light grapefruit, oranges, cotton candy, barnyard funk, and yeast. T: Tropical hops, pine, juicy oranges, a bit of salt and lime (sort of like a gose) and barnyard funk. M: Light with medium carbonation, sort of soft for a saison. O: What a great beer, 2.50 for a 12oz at Ramirez.

Bottle. Lemon-lime goodness! Pours a hazy yellow-gold, just a touch of head around the edge. Prairie farmhouse yeast up front on the nose. Motueka lemon-lime kick comes through big time on the taste. A nice expression of both yeast and hop with the malt cleanly holding it all together while remaining in the background. Light to medium body, perfect for a warm afternoon. You could crush these all day and Iíd be happy to do just that!

Pretty good. Nothing ground breaking, but a solid representation of style. Not much by way of head or lacing, but I donít care about that. Not bad, by any means.
