Draft. Pours pure golden with thin ring of eggshell head that barely laces. Nose involves floral notes, tropical fruit, some honey, and a light spicy yeasty funk note. Lightly sweet, barely tart, fairly bitter. Light to medium bodied, crisp, decently active, with a drying yeasty finish. Nice sessionable farmhouse brew with cool hop contributions.

Tap. Pours cloudy straw-golden with all white head. Aroma is packed with peaches. Ripe peach, straw, saison yeast, lactic yoghurt, slight bubblegum, clove, elderflower. Some grainy malts and over-ripe red apples. Som citrusy lemon and peach candy. Really juicy. Taste has same amount of peach, yeast, lactic acidic yoghurt, some really mellow hops, elderflower, mellow apples, wheat and slight bubblegum. Light funk to it and no sense of the ABV. Medium body with wheat and slight dry finish.

Short, 12oz bottle. Pours golden yellow, tall white top. Very active carbonation. Very active, champagne like. Unique aroma, nose of hops in not familiar with, hints of lime-ade. Sweet smell and hoppy, heavily dry hopped. This is by far, the best, Saison/Farmhouse I’ve had. (4346)

Aroma is grapefruit, flowers, delish hops and earthy notes from the yeast. Taste is citrusy with herbal notes and a fistful of hops. A well pronounced and balanced hopsensation in the aftertaste makes this one a good thirst quencher. A very good Saison with an attitude from a drunken farm-worker coming to town for some weekend shenanigans.

As titled, the standard. Buy it. Try it. Like it. Love it. It's a great simple ale with clean flavors and the people at Prairie Brewing really know what they are doing. Every release, limited or not, proves that. And this one does as well. Have fun and enjoy safely! A great farmhouse ale you won't soon forget. - pixels sent via Beer Buddy on iOS
