4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 8/18/2015. Pours fairly hazy/cloudy golden orange color with a 2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice dense foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of huge grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, mango, light pine, honey, bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Fantastic aromas with awesome complexity and balance of juicy citrus/tropical hops and moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, mango, pine, honey, bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate herbal/piney bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, mango, pine, honey, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of juicy citrus/tropical/piney hops and moderate pale malt sweetness; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp/sticky, and lightly creamy/bready mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is an awesome pale ale style. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of juicy citrus/tropical/piney hops and moderate pale malt sweetness; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A highly enjoyable offering.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 oz bottle purchased as a single at Cork and Barrel 23rd Street in Lawrence, Kansas. 20151RV1 19:30 21715 printed on the bottle neck. The pour is a slight haze yellow golden with a one inch foamy white head that falls with nice lace. The aroma is grass resin earth hop with a backbone of cracker malt. The taste is the resin grass along with a hint of pine and a nice dank quality to the finish. The palate is medium bodied, with active carbonation, and a dry mineral resin dank finish. Nicely made, super drinkable APA. Right up my alley.

Bottle to pint glass. Wheat, flora and pine marry well for a subtle, pleasant aroma. Another entry into the now popular hazy is beautiful category, orange-gold with pristine white head. Flavor is orange with biscuit malt. Thin-moderate mouthfeel.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 oz. bottle from Old Town; split three ways. Aroma: Light to moderate Clementine/tangerine hop character with very lean, non descript malts. Appearance: Light bronze body with a sticky white head that settles into a still skin. Flavor: Fruity hops up front with a respectable amount of bitterness throughout. Bitterness and clementine combine with a little spicy hop character at the finish, which dries out well. Palate: Medium body, sticky texture, soft carbonation, bitter finish. Overall: Not a bruiser in the category, but rather one you could drink quite a bit in a sitting.
