4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
From bottle. Pours a dark copper, almost orange with a touch of off white, mostly dissipating head. Grassy fragrance jumps out of the glass immediately. Some citrus is also in the nose. Taste is also grassy with a strong peach presence toward the end. Finishes clean with a touch of bitterness. The most mainstream thing Iíve tried from Prairie thus far, which in this case is not a bad thing. This is a near perfect summer ale--light and drinkable, but full of flavor. Well done, Healey boys!

4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Another great beer from Prairie, good timing for this Hot July we're having in Oklahoma. Taste is similar to standard but without the funk. Taste had hints of grapefruit, pine and orange peel. Nice cloudy orange appearance. Overall great beer, although I would classify this as an IPA and not a pale ale b/c of the hop bill.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Pours a hazy light orangish peach with a white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has a good amount of bitter resin pine with a good amount of mustiness and some underlying earthy grains. Flavor has a combination of grapefruit and onion upfront with a resinous finish that is backed by musty grains.
