bottle from Smith’s liquor gallery curtesy of DiarmaidBHK - pour deep ruby like a pink noir. Big red fruits on the nose, raspberries and tart cherries. Taste is tart and artificially sweet, which I found off putting. Overall, the honey notes aren’t really present.

Hazy red color. The aroma has light fruit, but it’s also puckery. Sweetish fruity soft-drink flavor. Not a Mead, and not interesting.
