Bomb! is an imperial stout aged on espresso beans, chocolate, vanilla beans, and ancho chile peppers. All the flavors meld to create a truly unique beer. The peppers add just the right amount of heat to compliment the intense coffee and chocolate flavors.

Aroma perfecto. Intensidad de notas a café, chocolate, maltas tostadas, vainilla, madera y algo de especias. Completamente negra, corona de espuma abundante de media retencion. Cuerpo redondo.

Draught. Inky black with very small frothy beige head, sharp coffee aroma, low carbonation, slightly sweet mocha taste with coconut flavor and alcohol undertones, smooth body long mocha finish. Deliciously satisfying.

Bottle@ home. Aged 18 months. The pours is almost black with a small beige head. Aroma of green chilies, coffee, coffe beans, vanilla in a nice combo with some vinous dark fruits, chocolate, biscuits, tobacco, raisins,, slight toffee and licorice. Palate is incredibly smooth snd oily with a medium to full body and an extensive duration. Taste is sweet with biscuits and molasses upfront. Some coffe and alcohol like bitterness. Flavors also of chilli, chocolate, vanilla, raisins plums. Some lingering alcohol heat, nicely combined with lingering chilli.

Typical impy stout appearance and aroma. Flavor is excellent. Just a perfect amount of chocolate, vanilla, roast, peppers. So balanced. Impressive brew.

The perfect blend of chocolate, vanilla, espresso and just the right touch of chili peppers. Creamy, slightly syrupy body, and an almost endless dry(ish) finish. At one time, I thought this beer was too austerely dry, but now it seems like absolute perfection.

Pours almost black with small brown head. Aroma is vanilla, toffee, coffee, hint of tobacco, liquorice, some chili. Medium sweet, medium to high bitter, wonderful long, salty finish with chili kick. Full body, oily texture, rather high carbonation. Great taste without being too syrupy or sticky, really explodes in the mouth. Fantastic brew.

coffee, chocolate, vanilla, black, minimal head, medium sweetness, medium body, creamy. Perfect balance of coffee and chocolate in aroma. Nice vanilla notes. Black, almost no head. Solid medium sweetness matched with pepper; brilliant combination. Silky smooth, light bitter finish. I would have never guessed that this carries a 13% a.b.v.; absolutely no indication in taste. Imperials are far from my favorite genre, but this transcends such preferences. Shockingly delicious.

Beckons you closer with the first sniff - a hint of what will follow. Or at least that's what you hope ... And with a small sip, you're rewarded - your palate rejoices, your heart soars - your head starts thinking of running immediately back to the bottle shop which sold you this magic ale. Good sh*t. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pianka niewielka, sycząca, od razu po nalaniu opada do zera jak na pepsi. Barwa czarna z brązowymi refleksami. Aromat to potężna dawka kakao, szwajcarskich czekoladek i kawy, w tle wanilia i specyficzny zapach papryczek.

Pours a black body with tiny tan head. Aroma gives lots of roasted coffee and cocoa, some vanilla and hints of pepper. Taste is dark chocolate, coffee, vanilla with a touch of chilli. There is great amount of sweetness but nicely balanced by roasty flavour. Medium to full body with smooth mouthfeel.
