Totally murky amber and brown. Thin tan head. Bananas, yeast and sugar. Taste is creamy with lots of chery lambic and sugar tarts. Pailhead (2314), Allen Park, Michigan, USA Nov 10, 2006 On tap: Clever name as pointed out by Styles. Strong aroma of oak with some moderate cherry. Subtle hints of bourbon in the nose as well. Dark brownish-orange with a small beige head that quickly becomes a ring. Flavor is very oaky with cherry. There are some hints of caramel in the background. Light bourbon in the finish with a touch of sour apple.
