Prairie Rock Pilsener

Schaumburg. Transparent pale gold in color with a spread out snowflake splotch for the head. Big Saaz hops whiff, grass, resin and pine. Medium-bodied. Some skunk and musk, but it’s somewhat appreciated in this rendition. Suggestions at amarillo join the prominent Saaz profile. Sourdough crust, lemon accents and a rosemary herb finish. Decent.

Cloudy, golden yellow. Nose is grassy and sweet, hints of maize. Thicker body, could have been more lively and carbonated. Flavor is really light, some grassiness, barely anything else. Musty finish that lingers a bit.
