Bottle. Light amber with an off white head. Mellow earthy and spicy aroma with bread, gentle citrus and some grapes. fairly light bodied, lowish carbonation. Bread and some toffee with a slightly surprising depth to the malty flavours. Some citrus but mainly peppery bitterness at the end. Thereís something limpidly refreshing about it that I like but donít understand. Nice beer.

From bottle in Belgian Ale glass. Pours golden amber with modest head and aroma of citrus and a hint of spice. These translate through to the palate and make for an easy drinking beer.

Poured a hazy pale amber colour with a three-finger white foamy head that retained well and laced well. Carbonation high and fine. Aroma of caramel malt and a nice sweet citrus that is not over-powering. Taste of sweet citrus followed by a moderate bitterness. Light body. Sweet with a slight lingering citric bitterness.

Draught in Adelaide. A hazy deep amber beer with OK white head and lace. Aroma and taste is caramel malts balanced by a decent citrusy hop bitterness . Medium body and slick mouthfeel making for easy drinkabilility. Pleasant drop.

Poured amber with a touch of cloudiness, with white moderate head. Aroma sweet citrus (reminded me of canned peeled mandarin pieces) with grapefruit. Taste a standard pale, plain (safe/boring) but with a good long finish and great body.

Poured from 330 ml bottle from par afield liquor store on 29/10/2013. Darkish murky colour , not a lot of fruit aroma compared to some. Quite a bitter kick to it at the finish , reminiscent of an IPA, but nowhere near as hoppy. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pleasant bottles pale ale. Not tasting at my best as I have a cold (!) but nevertheless a little disappointing. Initially good aroma and taste but after a couple of mouthfuls it felt flat and pretty tasteless. Good colour, creamy head. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From a 330ml bottle on 16/6/2013. Pours a murky dark golden with a biggish head. Has a light fruity, slightly floral aroma. The flavour features lots of sweet citrus and stone fruit, a little honey, and some bready malt and earthy notes in the background. Has a quite hoppy bitterness in there to balance things out. Has quite a full body and medium to lively carbonation. Incorrectly listed as an IPA. Actually comes across as something between and American and English pale. This is the second beer Iíve tried by this brewer, and both have been good.
