A bit hazy copper color, very small tan head. Sweet, herbal, alcohol scent. Herbal, spicy, alcohol taste. Alcohol, vinous aftertaste. Acidic. Retrieves more balance when the yeast sediment is added.

Dark reddish brown colour with average sized off-white head.
Mild bitterness, berries, strong maltiness and some mild sweetness in aroma. Strong malt, alcohol depth and mild berries. Rich but not that tasty. Alcohol in aftertaste.

Bottle in Genoa purchased from Enoteca Squillari. Light haze on this amber beer, tidy pale tan head. A mild gusher! Possibly mildly infected. Rich malt but not at all heavy. Caramel with a little coca cola. Dry finish with mild minerals. Good try but not quite hitting the mark yet.

Versa un colore ambrato molto scuro,con riflessi rosso-ambra,la schiuma si presenta spessa e di colore bianco "sporco",notevole la persistenza.Al naso è agrumata con sentori di spezie.In bocca si percepisce il caramello e forse qualcosa che descriverei come cioccolato gianduia,il corpo è moderatamente acquoso,discreto il finale con sentore di liquirizia.
