3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Golden looks, lasting small head. Rich herbal and yeast aroma, belgian to be exact. taste isn’t very expressive though, just medium bitter. Not very dry or developed, which takes away from the good (aromatic) start. (Tilburg Beer Festival)

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap @ Tilburg. Hazy blonde color, short head. Aroma of soft spicy yeast. Doesnt feel like saison yeast actually. Flowery hops, bit spicy. Soft bitter taste, bit sweet. Not too exciting to be honest.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
APPEARANCE: lightly clouded gold beer, small rather stable white head.
NOSE: bitterness, hops, some fruits, little spices, but mostly hops.
TASTE: little too dry in the end for me. Rather fruity and very hoppy.
Very good beer for only 6%

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Head is initially large, frothy, white, mostly lasting.
Body is hazy medium yellow, unfiltered.
Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), moderately hoppy (flowers), lightly yeasty (cobwebs), with notes of lemon/lime/orange peels, pepper, gum.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter.
Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic.
Pleasant and clean, not what I was expecting given that this comes out of the De Proef factory. Lots of citrus peel and floral character...simple but nice. Could use more bitterness or tartness in the finish to make it more interesting (once you swallow, it pretty much vanishes completely), but all in all it’s decent.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle @ Exira Beer Summit IV. This is labelled Saison but I believe this is the correct entry. Pours a bit hazy, golden orange appearance with a creamy, off white head. Pungent floral/potpourri, a bit citrusy, somewhat spicy, grassy aroma. Again pretty floral, spicy herbal, moderately bitter, bready yeasty, fairly dry flavor. Pretty solid.
