Tap. Slightly hazy light gold pour with a pure white head. Ripe citrus, bit of grass, yeast. Soft on the tongue with a bit of a bite as well. Easy drinker and pretty solid.

Bottled@HBF2015. Slightly hazy orangeish golden colour with a mediumside fluffy white head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is sweet malts, mild floral and earthy notes along with some fruitiness as well. Flavour is fruity, sweet malts, some mild yeast as well as some parfumed floral notes. Wellbalanced and quite fresh with a nice yeasty spiciness to it as well.

Cloudy, light amber. Huge frothy white head. Aroma is malty with notes of yeast and caramel. Flavour has sweet malt and good, slightly tart biterness. Semi-sticky with lasting bitterness. Not bad.

330ml bottle. Clear, deep golden colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Floral hoppy and floral yeasty aroma, sweet-ish pale malty background, fruity hints of peach and apricot. Taste is slightly sweet pale malty, hints of honey, mild floral hoppy and floral yeasty overtones; smooth, soft palate gentle carbonation. Mellow, mild and cautious.

330mL bottle from International Beer Collector - BB 30/09/16 Pours a hazy straw body, dense white head. Decent intensity aroma - lots of white pepper, hay, citrus rind, floral hoppy notes, light fruits. Dry body, lifted carbonation, nice creamy texture. Spice driven body, distinctly peppery/minerally, very much a Saison yeast profile. Hay, cereals, unripe apricot esters, floral undertones. Good bitterness, lingering dry finish. Tasty stuff, well balanced.

Tap @ Tilburg. Hazy blonde color, short head. Aroma of soft spicy yeast. Doesnt feel like saison yeast actually. Flowery hops, bit spicy. Soft bitter taste, bit sweet. Not too exciting to be honest.

Golden looks, lasting small head. Rich herbal and yeast aroma, belgian to be exact. taste isn’t very expressive though, just medium bitter. Not very dry or developed, which takes away from the good (aromatic) start. (Tilburg Beer Festival)
