Bottle drank while brewing: pours murky dark brown with fluffy cream head. Some lacing. Nose of caramel, earth malts, fig, some biscuit notes, and dank Belgian yeast. Spices are prevalent with some subtle dark fruits, cola, brown sugar Sweetness but none of the prune and alcohol notes that sometimes show up in bad quads. We really dig this offering ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Opaque farm brown beer with a week head and some yeast. Smell is caramel, chocolate with some alcohol, leather. Raisins, pears, toffee, apples. Honey. Herbs. Taste is bitter-sweet with some sourness. The bitterness is hoppy and alcoholic, with heavy honey-caramel sweetness. Dry sticky finish, with nice development.

Bottle@courtesy of Karen. Brown amber. Huge head. Toffee cookie caramel yeasty notes. Spicy herbal flavours. Timian oregano. Dry sharp. Some bitter finish. Very complex flavours. Strong brew with pronounced alcoholic mouthfeel. Love it even in this late Night senario.

Bottle - Dark sugars, dates and light cocoa notes. Deep dark cloudy brown with a cascading beige head. Light cocoa, spice, dark fruit and some light spice notes with a bit of bitterness in the finish. A rich nice beer, but cocoa and spice overwhelm the dark fruit.

330ml bottle pours a amber brown color with a finger and a half of light brown head that leaves some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is dark fruits and grains with some citrus. Taste is a dark fruit and malty sweetness with a citrus hop bitterness finishing with some earthy tones. Medium bodied with mild carbonation. Overall, this brew suits the style well and I recommend it to others.
