Interesting chocolate porter. Very smooth with a combination of tootsie-roll chocolate and coffee flavors.

At gabf. Pours very dark brown & clear. Rich cocoa on the nose. Medium- bodied palate is incredible. Chocolate flavor hits you in the back palate & lingers forever. Delicious.

on tap-pours a brown head and black with red color. Aroma is chocolate-dark malt. Taste is chocolate/molasses/cocoa-dark malt, hint of earthy hops. Occasional.

Pint at the brewery. Pours dark brown, with a tan head. Aroma of deep chocolate, with a taste to match. Very sweet and rich. I like it, but I do like chocolate beers....thumbs up.

on tap at the brewery on 7/25/10. orange tinted brown porter color with a soft off white head. it smells like count chocula cereal or woody nesquik with a touch of vanillin added to it. the flavor is equally child-like.... add in some maple syrup and a dry roasty finish. the body is light/medium. mouth feel is crisp and highly quaffable despite its candy-like nature and one dimensional-ism. 6/3/6/3/14/3.2

From the 2010 AZ Strong Beer Fest. This was all roast and chocolate. Very good stuff. Word of warning: don’t ever say anything bad about Prescott or else Sparky will come at you like a spider monkey.

Lost rating from AZ strong beer fest. Pours a dark brown with a tan head. Aroma is chocolate and roast. Flavor is silky lactic chocolate, mmm chocolate milk beer.

On tap at the 2010 AZ Strong Beer Festival. Pours cloudy dark brown with a thin tan head. The nose is milk chocolate and light roasted malt. The taste is all chocolate – like drinking a spiked Nestle’s Quik drink. Medium bodied. A little one dimensional but tasty.

Sampled @ AZ Strong Beer Fest. This one is a block of Godiva chocolate drizzled with Hershey’s syrup and sprinkled with Nestle Quik. Literally, this one tastes and smells of liquid cocoa powder. Slight lactic quality along with some chalkiness but very unique and very tasty. Nicely done.
