Cask @ Back of Beyond. Mid gold. Slightly floral aroma. Light citrus fruits followed by sulphur. Wouldn’t have known it had cascade in it if the description didn’t mention it. Ok, but nothing special.

Cask at The Watch House, JDW, London. Pours clear gold with a faint, white froth. Lemony citrus nose, bisuits and straw. Light to medium sweet flavor with lightly tangy lemon, lightly moist biscuits, mellow hay bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Simple finish, more lemon zest, pale biscuits, straw. Fine.

Draught (Tivoli, Cambridge)
Very nice grainy aroma - a classic bitter. Full smooth body. Odd egginess, but not actually eggy. Grainy malts in the taste. Hops more in the finish - dry barky undergrowth. Pretty OK bitter, but not with any stand-out features.

Cask in the Old Spot, Dursley. Bright golden colour with a thin white foam on top. Aroma a bit musty, hint of sulphur. Very little carbonation, light to medium body, refreshing. Taste is sweetish, fruity with a bit of juicy hop crunch. Lingering light bitter finish. A pleasant summer ale.
