12oz can, thanks BuckNaked. Large off-white head atop cloudy iced tea body, nice lacing. Aroma is medium sweet, grapefruit, some bread. Taste is medium sweet, grapefruit, some pine, light bread. Light-medium body, low carbonation. Fairly clean, but very strong hop characteristic.

Location: 12 oz can by the pool at the Marriott Tempe at the Buttes, 3/9/14

Aroma: Has a nice floral hop and orange zest nose, some bready and grapefruit notes
Appearance: Pours a hazy orange color into the plastic cup, with some sticky off-white head/lace
Flavor: Tastes medium bitter, grapefruit and pine notes, with balancing light sweet, bready malts
Palate: Itís crisp and clean, medium bodied, with a soft carbonation, and a clean, mid-dry finish
Overall Impression: This is a nice, balanced example of an IPA. My score may be partially inflated by the fact that Iím enjoying it by the pool in some perfect weather, but I am really enjoying this beer. I wish more resorts served canned craft by the pool, this is great!

Review from notes: A - Pours an amber copper color, 2 fingers of foamy white head, average retention with impressive lacing. S - Fresh orange/grapefruit flesh, leafy green, perfumey, just a very fresh hop aroma, not much malt coming through. T - All hops upfront, big grapefruit citrus, leafy green, spearmint, some floral, generic fruit esters akin to an English ale yeast. A sweet caramel malt base rides underneath boasting more presence than the nose describes. Bitterness builds to a dry a clean finish. M - Lighter feel for an IPA but not in a bad way, medium carbonation, dry finish. Hops seemed very fresh with assertive citrus and green aromas. Good amount of malt to hold the base down. Above average for the trillion of IPAís out there. Serving type: on-tap 08-12-2013

The beer is light amber with a thick white head. The aroma offers a moderate amount of hops, citrus, pine. Resinous with a sturdy malt body. A fair amount of bitterness in the finish. Medium-light in bodied with appropriate carbonation. Overall, pretty good.

This is a pretty decent IPA with an emphasis on piny hops. Itís medium dry and pretty drinkable with earthy bitterness in the finish. I like this stuff well enough but it doesnít really have enough vibrant hop character to make it stand out.

Can from BevMo, Phoenix. Floral aroma with a moderate hoppiness. Light copper colored with a medium white head and good lacing. Malty to start, but the flavor quickly becomes overpowered by the floral flavors. Finishes dry with a hoppy finish, but not excessive. Interestingly different IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can from Papago. Pours a nice amber color with a medium, foamy white head and nice lacing. Aroma: light hoppiness, lots of caramel malt and a touch of skunk-funk. Nice flavor, not overly bitter with a hint of sweetness. Nice IPA.

This is my favorite IPA. You can smell the hops before tasting the beer. I has an clear amber golden color. The head was white rocky. The taste is nicely hoppy. A hopheads dream. The body is medium creamy. The carbonation from tap and cans is lively yet appropriate. I enjoy this beer.

Great hop taste, but not over the top. The flavor lingers well into the burger I was having. Youíll be hard pressed to find a beer that will measure up to this one.

Can 12 oz. Pours clear amber with a good beige head leaving lace. Aroma is weak to medium malty a bit caramel fruity piny. Flavor is bitter malty fruity. Bitterness is too overwhelming and the flavor is too one dimensionek.
