3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: MAY 4, 2016 650ml bottle from the in-laws. Pours clear gold, lightly sweet aroma. Taste is clean, sweet, inoffensive. A lot tastier than the can I had a couple of months ago. Up-rated.
330ml can @ Shrewsbury Beer Share, March 16, courtesy of Mike. Many thanks. Pours clear gold, white head. Typical inoffensive ’eurolager’ made for the sun, not a blustery winters evening in England.

Poured from 355mL bottle [09 Aug 16]. Clear, pale yellow with white head. Blend of sweet malt and cereal malt, light corn. Better than I expected for a lager.

Flasche - Gelbe Farbe mit dickem Schaum. Im Antrunk sehr wässrig, Aromen von feuchtem Getreide. Sonst nicht viel los hier.

Bottle as a gift
Typical macro lager you’d expect. Pale grains, no hops. Cooked veggies, needs to be served ice cold. Meh.

Jan. 27, 2016; bottle in the Bahamas this past weekend. Nothing memorable here, but nothing offensive either. Would have one again here...after all, it would be completely wrong to have a IIPA or stout in the islands (if you could find one). Such snobbery is best suspended until one’s inevitable return to winter evenings, huddled in scratchy sweaters before Northern fireplaces.

From the bottled poured a pale golden brew with a little white head. Subtle aroma of malt. Very subtle flavor of malt but not much else. I’m not a hop head, but would have liked a little hop flavor. It’s OK. I’ll finish the six pack, but probably won’t buy it again.

Just like every other pale lager out there light, watery and somewhat refreshing. Overall it is what it is.

On draft and in bottles around Punta Cana. Basic hop/malt/taste profile of any light lager, but I noticed a skunky taste and smell in every glass I had. Not good, even for the style.
