COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Presidente is a Dominican icon of quality and pride. This leading product of great tradition has maintained a vigorous presence in the local market for almost seventy years and has kept a strong linkage with freshness, entertainment and young adults. Presidente is a Pilsner type beer made from top quality raw materials that definitely makes it the best beer, the real taste.

eh, thirst quencher with a kick for the tropics. better than a corona or something. light and mild; especially considering alcohol content. not much to note.

Perhaps the dirty taps in the Dominican Republic influenced the taste of this beer. More like carbonated water with some beer flavoring (and weak flavoring at that). I’d take it over Corona and maybe Carib. Or maybe I’d just get tequila instead.

Pours a clear, light gold with visible carbonation and a thin, white head that stays. Good lacing. Light, barely noticeable aroma. Light, highly effervescent mouthfeel. Almost no flavor whatsoever. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for the Daystrom M-5

Let’s go with a good beer from the Dominican Republic. This is the beer that at the beginning you are not interested to, but one day you decide to give it a try and you really like it. It has a malty/cereal aroma that makes you want to drink it at once. Also, it has a sweet medium taste, very enjoyable and in adition its body is kind of medium with a blond color. From The Caribbean, my favorite one.

I don’t think the presidente of this company ever bothered to imbibe this beer, because, somehow it is a tier below the other bad pale lagers

Bottle at Talk of the Town, Grand Case, St. Martin. Smooth start slight aftertaste, nothing unpleasant. Close to Caribe, Waddadli, Amstel Bright and the rest of the Caribbean brews. Very good very cold on a Caribbean hot day. All day.

This beer is a delicious alternative to corona or bud light while on vacation. When served cold it's a nice, crisp, refreshing lager. It's not a German pilsner but is a delicious vacation beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Drank this on a hot Aruban night, and it was very good. Lots of adjunct flavor, and very light. It has a terrible rating on here but in the right time and place, very drinkable.

Not too bad. Prefer it over Heineken while in the Caribbean. Not skunked out like some of the others.
