IN dominican, this is what they drink. It was on tap, never had it out of the bottle. It tasted quite watery, but not a bad taste.

Presidente has a thick, white head and a very clear, golden appearance. Carbonation is relatively high. Aroma is skunky at first sniff, but that quickly dissipates, and is replaced by a typical beer smell. The taste is a nice balance of grains and hops, with a faint corn back flavor. Mouth-feel is light and watery, and Presidente finishes refreshing, satisfying, crisp, and slightly dry. Overall, I enjoyed this and think it’s a very good Hispanic beer. I would like to have it again. RJT

Lager style, Little Head, not particularly notable, marginally better than most domestic beers. I had this many years ago, but just had a bottle the other night. Decent all around.

A fond memory of the DR. A lighter lager (more like a Pilsner) but with a wonderful flavor. Very reminiscent to me of the original (pre 1960) Goebel beer brewed in Detroit.

Kind of a funky skunked out flavor that is well known to most cerveca s. But coming from the D.R. i was impressed just that they make beer there.

(fresh on tap in D.R.) light yellow colour with small white head; light aroma of malt; crisp balanced flavour; quite good especially when fresh - I have not tried it after it makes its way to the US. Beats Corona by a wide margin.

Golden color with a fluffy white big bubbled head that disipated quite quickly. Grass hop aroma. Slight oily/sulfur odor. Slight malt sweetness on the start. No real dominant flavors. No real faults. Slightly dry acidic finish.

Cold 12oz bottle: Pours a clear pale golden color with a big fluffy alabaster head. Light malts, grass and earth notes. Light bodied, crisp and well carbonated. Ending is malty and earthy.
