Hazy amber beer, little white head. Palate start smooth and turns minerally crisp. Unusual Wit - there is a little citrus and a trace of bubblegum ester but dominant flavour is a cooling mellow mint and spearmint! Finishes semi dry. No idea if this what was intended but I actually really liked it!

Bottle. It’s a clear, dark golden beer with a minimal sized off-white head. The aroma has a good dash of coriander, but also some anise. Notes of pale malts and citrus. Unusual to have this high focus on the coriander seeds, but it’s nice. The flavor is more herbal than spcied, with some caramel too. Medium body, with a low carbonation level. Orange zest in the finish, with some bitterness. I like the use of the coriander seeds in the one, but else I’m not impressed. 140111
