COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle conditioned; Regular Foraged Herb Hefeweisse. A pale and hazy wheat beer with pronounced herbal notes, this beer has hints of clove, citrus, and banana. Conceived as a perfect match to classic roast chicken, Wu Gang will also go nicely with spicy food. Low in alcohol but with plenty of flavour, this one is a perfect thirst-quencher on a summer’s day.

Cloudy gold beer, big white head. Palate is light and crisp. Sharp minerals. Fresh herbs go well with minerally crispness. Trace of sweet citrus. Interesting beer. This has been improved upon from a recent tap taste at the Cock Tavern. Cleaner and with a touch of mint. Overall a decent herb beer.

Bottle at the ChrisO Snow Tasting, London - big thanks to Colin for this brew. Pours lightly cloudy yellow with a fine, white cream head. Big herb nose. Medium sweet flavor with light yeast, more herbs, some wheat. Light in body with average carbonation. Moderately sweet finish with lingering herbal bite. Very pleasant overall, though the character is somewhat mellow.

Bottled, 330ml from Oeno, Cirencester, Gloucs. Pale lemon gold with heavily fizzed white head. Very beery aroma on opening, surprisingly so, the beer itself if somewhat less punch than the aroma, dry herbal notes, a little hot plastic, a little Mediterranean basil. Fairly thin on the palate but with a dryness and late bubble gum flavour. Reasonable enough, not sure it would be a favourite though.

330ml bottle (Snow@ChrisO)
Very perfumey aroma - banana like a hefeweizen, very fruity. Pale and hazy-to-cloudy. Taste is also wheaty. I think this is better filed as a wheat beer than SHV. It’s a simply drinker, but it disappoints a little after the aroma.

Bottled 10/03/14. A pale blonde coloured beer with a quickly disappearing white head. A spicy herbal hefeweizen. Good herbal notes throughout with a good body. Tasty interesting and different. The flavours are distinctive and pleasant. Liked this.
