Single bottle into a pint glass. Brought back to me by my parents from vacation... pretty harsh and not that great of stuff, even for a lager of this style.

Poured a pale yellow with a decent sized white head that dissappeared rather quickly. Very light grassy aroma and watery taste. It’s better than the American Macro stuff, but not by much.

Taste is smooth, lighlty fruity and a little alchoolic, although you get weird notes that feels like commercial, chemical and metallic cheapness. The two or three first sips, as the beer was still very cold (it has even been a few minutes in the freezer) were acceptable but it soon turned sour and alchoolic while the hopping is uninterestingly bland. Didn’t finish because I’m not a sink nevertheless what my friends think.

Boutip (4726) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 20, 2009
Bottle: Poured a super pale light yellow color lager with a medium size bubbly white head with low retention and no lacing. Aroma of skunk and sweet adjunct is not very enticing. Taste is dominated by some sweet adjunct with not as much skunk notes as I had anticipated. Body is thin with average carbonation. Poor world lager if you ask my opinion.

Bouteille 355ml.

Bottle. Clear yellow with a medium frothy white head. Below average retention and minimal lacing. Aroma is adjunct and sweet malt with a bit of herbal hops. Flavor is watery with adjuncts, malt, metal and some herbal hops. Thin body fizzy carbonation.

Bottle - 355ml. Piss-like pale yellow body with heavy carbonation and an instant-fading white bubbly head. Unappealing corny/grassy aroma. Taste is mostly watery and ends with a very short metallic finish. Avoid.

Golden yellow with decent enough head. Not too much to smell, faint hops and corn, slight skunk. grassy earthy flavor, and by flavor I mean watery. Still not bad though, quenchable for a hot day and even though it didnt have much going on I liked this.
