1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
My first Haitian brew. Very light pour with a mild, fizzy head. The label is OK. A light bread and rice aroma with a bit of yeast. A fairly sweet and yeasty lager. The flavor is nothing great, but at least it is noticeable. There is a clear lack of interesting hops, or any hops really. Drinkable and not watery, but nothing special.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 7/20
bottle claiming 5.6%. pours a very pale straw under a very small white film head. large carbonation bubbles. nose is very sweet with corn syrup/flakes and honey. palate is light with a dry finish. flavor is not as sweet as the aroma suggests. the dryness helps the beer in my opinion.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Thanks to Lilihel’s mom who got this one from a co-worker. Came in a stubby brown bottle. Pours a light gold colour with a small cap and hardly any lacing. Carbonation is pretty light. Smells like a Euro lager (like Saaz hop). The mouthfeel is pretty dry. Mild taste of malt that is quite refreshing, but does not have much aftertaste. A pretty refreshing lager made for hot countries, just like Haiti. Not sure if this one will take a beating as it is made where the earthquake just happened.

3.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours a very clear pale yellow color with a quickly disappearing white head. Aroma is of light pale malt, some skunk, and some corn. Flavor is sweet malts, tart fruit and grass. The flavor doesn’t quite match the style, but better than I expected.

1.1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20
Bottled at a Haitian restaurant on Miami Beach.Very pale body, almost no head. The aroma is that of chlorine and very weak barley. Maybe some metal. Taste ok though, nothing but a standard lager.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Stubby from Half Time. Pours gold with a 2 finger foamy white head. Bready aroma. Near medium body with foamy carbonation. Flavor is bready and a very light peach tinge. It finishes bready and a little fruity/floral. Mildly bitter. Bitter accumulates. It’s a very pleasant pale lager.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
From the 12 fl. oz. bottle marked 335091935T2. The pour is your basic headless golden yellow with nice clarity. I do notice a bit of malts in the aroma along with the sugar but there is little in the way of hops. The mouthfeel is about medium. The taste comes up a tad bitter with a tangy finish. However this beer goes down very quickly and is easy to drink on a warm day.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bouteille 355 ml. 5.6%. Couleur jaune or, claire, mousse blanche très mince. Arôme de céréales. Mince en bouche mais très rafraîchissante, elle est légèrement sucrée. Arrière goût très court et amertume quasi-inexistante. Elle est cependant meilleure qu’une macro insipide.
