Pours a very clear pale yellow color with a quickly disappearing white head. Aroma is of light pale malt, some skunk, and some corn. Flavor is sweet malts, tart fruit and grass. The flavor doesn’t quite match the style, but better than I expected.

Bottled at a Haitian restaurant on Miami Beach.Very pale body, almost no head. The aroma is that of chlorine and very weak barley. Maybe some metal. Taste ok though, nothing but a standard lager.

Stubby from Half Time. Pours gold with a 2 finger foamy white head. Bready aroma. Near medium body with foamy carbonation. Flavor is bready and a very light peach tinge. It finishes bready and a little fruity/floral. Mildly bitter. Bitter accumulates. It’s a very pleasant pale lager.

From the 12 fl. oz. bottle marked 335091935T2. The pour is your basic headless golden yellow with nice clarity. I do notice a bit of malts in the aroma along with the sugar but there is little in the way of hops. The mouthfeel is about medium. The taste comes up a tad bitter with a tangy finish. However this beer goes down very quickly and is easy to drink on a warm day.

Bouteille 355 ml. 5.6%. Couleur jaune or, claire, mousse blanche très mince. Arôme de céréales. Mince en bouche mais très rafraîchissante, elle est légèrement sucrée. Arrière goût très court et amertume quasi-inexistante. Elle est cependant meilleure qu’une macro insipide.

lucent gold, dissipating thin white head, sticky light body, high co2.

aroma: oxidation, slightly light-struck, hint of pale malt, leafy hop note.

T1= co2, pale malt, leafy hop note, hint of buttery diacetyl.
T2= co2, pale malt, residual sugar, vegetal note.
T3= slight alcohol warmth (or possibly co2 burn), sweet vegetal note (corn or squash?).

Pours a clear straw yellow with little head. Aroma of corn and grain. Taste is malty and grass. Very uninteresting beer.

Never thought I’d try a beer from Haiti so I had to pick it up at BotW when I saw it. Pours a pale golden bubbly body with a short fizzy head. Aroma is very weak, grassy, vegetable, water?? Flavor wasn’t far off, bready, semi sweet, malty. Drinkable pale lager. Theres nothing offensive, but theres just simply nothing at all.

Light pale yellow pour with a thick white head. Corn, malt aroma. Malt, corn and touch of hop taste. Meh.
