COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
YEAST: a blend of English & German ale strains. BITTERNESS: was meant to be around 25 but drinks like its 40+. INGREDIENTS: pale malt, red wheat, linden flowers, Bramling Cross and New Zealand Southern Cross hops (lots of Southern Cross hops actually). CHARACTER: pale, slight acidity from wheat, a quick drinker, lots of pungent dry hop character with the Linden flower just beneath.

Pours hazy orange with a fading head. Nose shows a floral/fruity note with elderflower and some doughy wheat before a little passion fruit enters. Similar fruity flavours with some green plant-like floral notes. Very refreshing stuff. Nice moderately high carbonation.

Aroma has citrus, biscuit, bread dough, and a little flowery funk. Spicy, fruity flavor, with citrus and flowery hops in the finish. Wheat ale isnít my favorite style, but this is a really solid beer and worth finding.

East of Everything ontap (23-Jan-2014) Sweet citrus pine hop aroma. Cloudy light amber, big head hard to pour for beer staff, sheet lacing. Sweet citrus spice herbal flavour. Nice mouthfeel, citrus herbal hop finish & tangy sweet aftertaste.

You think youíre getting a wheat beer, the initial aroma hints a a bitter hop under note. Mouth gets full on assault of a bitter carry with a decent length. But there is also a softer wholeness about this that makes it a bit of a paradox. Not sure what Iím drinking, it has a full mouthfeel, softness and peel of bitterness that somehow make a sum greater than the parts. Get in!

Very cloudy yet golden ale. Lovely floral nose, but this was subdued on the palate as I was expecting something more vibrant, however the length on the palate is good. Confused? So am I - all I can say is that what was expected from the nose was different than it tasted, yet on the whole I liked it!

Gold and cloudy appearance, floral and citrus smell and a great balance of hops and wheat. Overall I really enjoyed this wheat beer, very easy to drink and packs a nice punch for a wheat beer.

22 oz. bottle. Bright cloudy, glowing gold color when held to the light. Nose is an abundance of floral hops with some light notes of citrus rind. Flavor is well hopped. The flavor starts off with light grapefruit then transitions into huge floral notes. Mild tropical fruits tones. The finish has some spiciness and crispness with lingering floral bitterness. If you see a bottle drink it right away, the hops are still alive and kicking!
