A - Pours a bright hazy golden-orange color with a think finger of frothy head. The head fades fairly slowly down to a spotty layer leaving some heavy lace on the glass. S - Nice citrus flavors (lemon peel) and some nice light spices. Also some Belgian yeast, grassy aromas, banana, and other light fruits mixed in. T - Starts off with some light citrus hops and some banana flavor. Some Belgian yeast in the background. Through the middle some stronger yeast flavor alongside some yeast and spices come through. Finishes with a mix of light citrus flavor, spices, and just a touch of hops that linger nicely. M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels really crisp and smooth without being watery at all. Finish is really smooth and pleasant. D - Very drinkable. The 8.5% abv is not noticeable at all. Nice blend of flavors with a nice addition of a touch of hops. Really smooth and well balanced.

Bomber from michael-pollack. Pours dishwater gold with a creamy near white head. Large floral/citrus aroma with some yeast/spice. Undertone is really very Tripel. Med + body with very frothy carbonation. Flavor is citrus, yeast/spice, and for a passing moment Fleers bubble gum. Then it goes a little herby. Then floral. This seems really dry to me. Like it.

Dark golden color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, citrus fruits, honey, pine, spices, and alcohol. Taste of citrus, spices, light honey, some vanilla, and alcohol in the finish.

Draft at Get Real NY Cask Ale Event with Linh, Streets, Andrew, and Brendan during "vip" section. Eh, not too impressed with this triple. Pours a hazy orange with slight bitter, Belgian spice notes.

A wonderful light orange brew from the Gods at Pretty Things. Nice rubber band and citrus aromas. Fluffy white head. Smoothe but complex flavors from bubblegum to hoppy grapefruit. Lots going on here. Impressive!

In short: A simple sugary tripel with grassy spicy hops. A bit boring
How: Bottle 22oz. Consumed 8 months after bottling date (bottled in marsh 2010). Bottle sent to me by H1N1, thanks Matt
The look: Cloudy blonde body topped by a small white head
In long: Nose of apples and sweet honeyed malts, really smells like an strudel. Taste builds on the strudel and adds some bananas dipped in white sugars and dry grassy hops with a spicy edge. Carbonation is a bit aggressive and mouthfeel lacks the liveliness of a Belgian Tripel. Overall this was a below average tripel with too much of a refined sugar flavor and a lack of complexity. Fluffy white rabbits are so cure. Im glad the pet stores close before the brewpubs do. Because otherwise I can imagine drunken fluffy white rabbits being a real problem for me.

Bottled sample via and shared with oakbluff. Gold in colour with medium-strong carbonation. Aromas are of spicy herbal hops, mild tropical fruity Belgian yeast, black pepper, and tea biscuit-like malts. Medium bodied, but slightly heavy for a tripel. Things are fairly hop forward in the mouth, with their herbal qualities intensifying the more I drink. Additional notes of apricot and black pepper are also present. Quite moreish.

Bomber thanks to H1N1.
Appearance : Clear pale yellow with a fluffy head. Light lacing.
Aroma : Malty and spicy with yeast. Quite spicy actually. A bit fruity with some honey.
Taste : Spicy with malt. Bitter finish with some alcohol. Quite dry and spicy with notes of honey,
Overall : Not bad but a bit too spicy for my taste. Enjoyable but nothing Id seek out again.

Sweet, light yellow haze with some nice white head. The aroma is beautifully lemony and lightly biscuity with some herbal deliciousness. Makes you want to dive right in. Lovely strong booziness and crisp cereals make a rustic, farmhouse brew come to life here. I really like it. These guys are my favourite Belgo/American brewery by a million miles.
