3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours cloudy copper with an attractive off-white head and a floral aroma. There is a medium-bodied caramel malt flavor with a smooth bitter finish. Would make a nice session beer.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
A: The pour is amber in color with a finger or two of khaki colored foam.
S: Floral hops and a bit of grass to open things up. There is quite a bit of sweet malt aroma, especially toast and toffee. A light pine note toward the back end, maybe some lemon zest as well.
T: Relies fairly heavily on the sweet bread, toast, and toffee malt flavors. The hops are there, but in true "English" fashion, are more subtle/in the background. Some hints of citrus to go with the floral and earthy hops. Just a very light bitterness.
M: Medium bodied with medium carbonation.
O: Not a bad bitter/English pale ale. I thought this was pretty well done.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Appearance: Pours a dark orange with a tight head. Super active visible carb.
Aroma: Green apple and a blast of piny and citrus hops.
Taste: Very big harsh bitterness. Malt is dry and takes a back seat. Lingering bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Over carbonated. Medium bodied.
Overall: I think there was a problem with this bottle, seemed on the edge of infection. With that said, there is a lot to like about this beer, and I canít wait to give it another shot.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bomber from Half Time. Pours light copper with a creamy off-white head. Aroma is a mix of floral, peach, herb and vege. Med + body. Flavor is rather earthy. And bitter. The malt is hardly noticeable. The flavors are complicated. Burns the tongue a little. But the floral keeps coming back. Exceptionally tasty ale.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Sampled at the end of a long day so I hope to procure another bottle for a better review. I focused on whether it hit the style and it did for me. Touch of hops pinch the palate but donít attack further. Malt does the rest.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
22 oz, bottled July 2011. Clear copper with a fluffy white head. Nose is yeast, slight bubblegum and dull sage. Medium body with prickly carb. Taste is lemon zest, brief honey and toffee. Reminds me of cough drops the same flavor. Balanced between sour and bitter but not extreme on either side. Finishes with eucalyptus and a sting. Actually like chewing on thorns with jalapeno. Wakes up your mouth. I have to admire this for its audacity.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Just by the smell, I knew this would be a good bitter. It has the malty, bread and yeast aroma you would expect. It pours a clear amber with a fluffy white lacing head that crowns the beer. The flavor has the biscuit, malt and yeast beginning and then finishes with a nice amount of hop bitters. Very nicely balanced, clean and crisp, very refreshing.
