Light golden color with white head. Peppery aroma. Sharp bitterness at first and a bubbling bitterness stays on the tongue along with taste of herbs I cant identify. Good but a bit to long bitter aftertaste for my taste.

UPDATED: APR 14, 2014 This beer pours pale straw qith plenty of fluffy white head that lasts the entire glass. Aroma is faint but pleasant. I wouldn’t drink this as a season, but it does have its place. The beer is light and flavorful.

Aroma: Lemony with some light cheesecloth; coriander perhaps? Reminds me a little of Riesling with some minor vinous, floral properties. Appearance: Well carbonated bright, hazy gold with a sticky white head. Flavor: Lemon peel; light cheesecloth; floral, maybe a little gum and coriander; no real "barnyard" properties to speak of. Palate: Medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation, abrupt finish. Overall: A good American Saison, but I would’ve liked a little more barnyard character.

Bottle; Pour is clear gold with a frothy, fine bubbled / yet modest head into this glass. Its sticky - and it retains on the average side here - The nose is floral, light herbal - modest grain presence with a hint of lemon. THe flavor profile is medium bodied, mild sweet - I thought it was lacking initial but it did grow on me a bit - peppery spices, grainy notes move to floral hops - Saison Americain is a good description for it, I suppose - Its a decent drinker but I don’t know if I would go out of my way for this

Pale golden pour, light bubbly white-ish head, Aroma is melony and rubbery. Flavor has some juicy fruit gum accents, some honeydew melon and finishes with some Belgian candii sugar notes Thick enough mouthfeel. Thanks to Lance for sharing this at Proof Friday night tasting.

Unusual aroma - smells a bit like hot dog water and a little sour. Misty, pale green-gold, bad label. Bomber. Kind of bland, a little funky, some lemon peel. Watery body, peppery finish. Thanks to Lance @ Proof.

22 oz/ bottle. Hazed golden pour with a small white head. Aroma of straw, hay, mild pils malts, some leafy and earthy hop notes. Aroma is slightly doughy with lots of fresh bread notes. Flavor is doughy with a monster bitter hop presence. Some mild bready sweetness, with lots of herbal and leafy bitterness. Medium bodied with lots of carbonation. Finishes on a prolonged hop note.
