Bottle from Purvis Beer (Sep 2014). Bright amber/gold, thin bubbly white head, aroma and flavour of sweet blueberries, doughy wheat hiding underneath, light body, thin texture, sweet finish. Ok.

UPDATED: FEB 24, 2015 Hmm - definitely blueberry but not natural - totally artificial taste.- and a bit soapy - kinda like lager flavoured with blueberry essence/syrup - no real beer flavour... Not sure... Is this a style or substance thing? Well that’s academic cos I wouldn’t have again so thumbs down.

Bottle from Taps Beer Bar, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy light amber with a frothy white head and a few bubbles. The aroma is big blueberry, light yeast. The flavour is light sweet, even lighter acid sour, with a dry mineral smooth blueberry, light yeast palate. Moderate to light bodied with lively carbonation. Nicely balanced and very refreshing.

Just can't miss the berries. They dominate the aroma and the first taste. Later there is vanilla and a bit of tartness. Pleasantly soft mouthfeel and low bitterness. 330ml. 4.5%. 1.2std drinks. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma has a bit of wow factor big strong blueberries up front. The combination of wheat and blueberries isn’t doing a lot for me though. Interesting flavors and there is just another flavor on the back of the palate that just isn’t sitting right. Thin mouth feel. great for that summer scorcher.

Sampled at microbrewery. Poured an amber colour with a small white head and low carbonation. Aromas as expected of wheat and blueberries. Medium bodied. Taste dominated with sweetness of blueberries but with a thin finish. A different taste but not a beer that I could consume more than one glass at a time.

330ml bottle. A clear amber colour with a moderate pure white head. Banana and blueberries in the aroma make for a sweet mix while the flavour is similar. Clean in the mouth and neat on the palate with a sweet finish.
