MiP (5011), Flensburg, Germany Aug 12, 2008 Bottle, 4.8% as Primator Premium Dark. Weak roasted aroma. The flavour is very roasted but not rough or harsh at all. Hints of good coffee. Has some cream to it. Clear dark brown colour. Fizzy head. KnutAlbert (2177), Oslo, Norway Jul 22, 2008 Bottle.
Rather sweet, lots of maltiness, dark syrup. With some more hops this would have been a better and more balanced beer. patrick767 (1403), fort wayne, Indiana, USA Jun 16, 2008 bottle sold as Primator Premium Dark - Pours dark amber with a thin tan head. It has a mild roasted malt aroma. The flavor is also mainly the sweet roast malt. There’s just a little hops character noticeable. While not very interesting, it’s a decent quaff overall. mybestfriend (250), Gothenburg, Sweden Apr 22, 2008 Bottle. Pours a very dark reddish brown colour with a tan head. Aroma is roasted malts and coffee and cocao beans. Flavour has some roasted notes of sourish and watery coffee (quite watery actually) together with a hint of chocolate sweetness. Very thin on the mid-palate. The finish has some roasted notes and a very little bitterness. Boring. HenrikSoegaard (3029), Randers, Denmark Mar 16, 2008 Bottle. Creamy lightbrown excellent mostly lasting head. Dar red-amber wonderfull colour. Moderate malty aroma with nice light caramel and chocolate notes. Light bitter and sweet flavor again nice caramellic. Week but delicate cholate-notes. Oily palate. Very nice dunkel.
