Flavour is sweet, lightly citric in the beginning Svesse (1621), Hässelby, Sweden Aug 2, 2008 (Draught at U Sadu, Prague, 20 July 2008) Pale yellow colour, cloudy, with a frothy, white head. Malty nose with wheat-flour dough and yeast, mildly spiced (coriander, clove). Malty taste with typical wheat notes, citrus, banana and discrete notes of spices. Refreshing but on the thin side. ogivlado (2193), Zagreb, Croatia Jul 21, 2008 Bottled(500ml). –Hazy apricot coloured, huge white head, acidic wheaty nose with touch of orange. The taste is sweet malty and very fruity (banana, orange, lemon) with notes of cloves and yeast. Mild and refreshing. Decent Czech weizenbier. Nice dusty lactic nose, cloves and light agrumes. Lovely sweet malty taste, some agrumes, banana and caramel. A very good, true to style Hefeweizen coming from the Czech Republic. Who would’ve thought.
