Czik (22) - Siedlce, POLAND - JUN 10, 2012
UPDATED: JUN 24, 2012 Amber/ruby colour, with a nice, decent head. Classic, well balanced taste, not heavy, but not watery on the tongue - a nice mix of classy hops with caramely, biscuity maltness. Not a great beer, but definitely solid.

Tranquillity (1410) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - JUN 10, 2012
Draught. Dark body, big white head. Aroma of hops and standard lager. Taste quite sweet, not too much hops at all, but the finish has butter and bitterness.

(Rating #4248)

Bottle. [thanks Sřren]
Clear pale amber with a small, creamy, white film head. Aroma has light resiny hops, wet dog, caramel malts, light grainy. Lowish carbonation, fairly lively, dry and fairly fresh mouthfeel. Flavour is light metallic, dry grassy, piney, caramel malts. A bit too simple.

Bottle from Különleges sörök boltja, Budapest, Hungary. Kellemes meglepetés a náchodi főzdétől.

Odd, an English pale ale with notes of butter. Amber coloured and clear. Has a white head, mostly lasting. Sweet aroma, notes of butter, faint hops, herbal. Flavor is starting sweet, has a nice bitter finish. Dry texture and soft carbonation.

(Draught at Milenka, 20120306) The beer poured copper coloured and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had butter, grass and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, butter, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was buttery, malty and bitter. Technically this may be an ale but all the scents and flavours are the ones of a Czech lager and not a good one.
