Rich malt builds well backed with a fair whack of earthy and tropical fruits hop bitterness. Nice beer and if from a name brewery would probably be rated quite differently.

Bottle from Tres Bonne Cuisine....
Clear amber brew with a short lasting head.. no real lacing.
The nose is hot alcohol and butterscotch.. banana and cabbage.
Thick caramel and diacetyl.. vegetal notes are really heavy.
Not good... pretty damn bad.

This golden beer has a very mild aroma. It has a bite of hops and is a but on the bitter side. Not bad but not great.

Wonderful palate and complex character.
While I'll have to admit to not loving this lager, it's character is deep and admits lots of malt and grain characters all sitting in great balance.

BOTM club. Pours a clear golden yellow from the bottle with thin ring of bubbly white head that barely sticks. Aroma of sweet bready malts, taste follows with no real hint of the booze. Again, not great, but not horrible.

Aroma is bread, toffee, malts and a strong hint of sweetness. The flavor is toffee, medium sweetness, an undercurrent of citrus hops and a tart/tangy finish.

Boring. Pours a nice clear orange color with a white head. Smells like beer. Tastes like beer, maybe a hint of honey, and a slightly hoppy finish. Nothing memorable. Had with beer of the month club.

Pours a clear amber color with moderate head that quickly dissipates. Nose is funky with a hit of flowers - not my favorite. Taste is caramel, malt , a touch of honey. It's ok - not bad, but not something I would go out of my way for, either.

A - Light amber body, super clear. Two fingers of foamy white head.
S - Grain, earthy husk, slight sourness, honey, old dough.
T - Sweet grain at the start but quickly turns to an herbal, minty perfumey, earthy bitterness. Finishes with a tangy lemon sweetness.
M - Medium to full body, creamy carbonation.
There’s something off-putting in the flavors. Almost like a forced herbal mint. Didn’t come together very well.
